“I stayed in Brentwood Suites from Jan.30-Feb 6, 2026. I had an easy check-in process. When I first entered the room, it was pretty hot. A guy from the hotel helped me to set the AC via remote. The room was pretty descent and clean. The bathroom is clean throughout. I have free breakfast everyday and they change the menu every day. “Friendly and helpful staff. Nice gym. Restaurants and therapeutic massage business inside and around the building. Pool was too cold, but everything else they could do was great. The street noise and trash is out of their control, just expect it if you are staying there. ”

The location is very convenient—close to Araneta City, malls, restaurants, and public transportation, which makes it ideal for both short stays and quick city trips. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable. I appreciated the minimalist design and the cozy bed after a long day out. The bathroom was well-maintained, and water pressure was good. WiFi was stable during my stay.”
