Splendida vista sul Mar dei Caraibi | 12 ospiti | piscina privata

Gran Vista significa letteralmente splendidi panorami, qualcosa che ti piacerà senza fine durante il tuo soggiorno in questa splendida villa.

Questa villa è costruita perfettamente per il clima caraibico ed è situata in posizione eccellente sugli eterodomani sempre presenti. Intorno ai portici e alla terrazza sarete stupiti dalla vista sul Mar dei Caraibi da tutti i lati. Sul retro di questa villa, dopo aver fatto una breve passeggiata attraverso un sentiero ben disposto sopra le scogliere, vedrete l'intero lago interno; una zona naturale montuosa dove il mare entra e si dirige verso le saline di Jan Kok. Poche case offrono una bella vista doppia come questa!

Entrando nella villa vedrete immediatamente il colorato giardino del cortile che separa la zona notte dal soggiorno aperto. L'adiacente spaziosa cucina aperta ha un collegamento diretto con il portico e l'ampio tavolo da pranzo all'aperto.

Intorno al giardino del cortile si trovano tutte e 6 le camere da letto. La camera da letto principale vi offrirà l'accesso diretto al portico e alla piscina. Tutte le camere hanno la loro terrazza esterna dove ritirarsi tranquillamente.

Inutile dire che tutte le camere da letto offrono aria condizionata, ventilatori a soffitto e le persiane delle finestre e delle porte sono perfette per dormire sugli alisei rinfrescanti. La superficie totale è di 715 m2.

Questa villa per 12 persone è dotata di tutti i comfort moderni, come frigo americano a doppia porta, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, TV, telefono, sistema audio Sonos e, naturalmente, Wi-Fi in tutte le aree della villa.

Sotto il portico sul lato anteriore troverete la spaziosa piscina con grande piscina. Questo è un posto incantevole dove si può cenare, barbecue e rilassarsi sui lettini al sole o all'ombra. Il palapa vicino alla piscina è una bella area salotto ombreggiata dove si può godere la splendida vista e il tramonto mentre si gusta una bibita fresca.

Al piano terra troverete la nostra sala fitness che è a vostra disposizione durante il vostro soggiorno. Non esitate a prendere le nostre mountain bike per una corsa impegnativa attraverso i dintorni collinari.

Abbiamo deliberatamente scelto di impostare la nostra villa nel modo più ecologico possibile. Abbiamo scelto di utilizzare l'energia solare, riciclare l'acqua piovana e non regoliamo alcuna sostanza chimica nella piscina.

Villa Gran Vista si trova su Villapark Coral Estate, una bellissima località protetta su Banda Abou. Il parco offre sorveglianza 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7, ed è vicino a molte spiagge famose con splendide posizioni per immersioni e snorkeling. Al Coral Estate Center troverete una spiaggia, una spa, il famoso ristorante Karacter, una scuola di immersioni e il Rooftop Terrace Bar Coral. Villapark Coral Estate offre un sacco di lusso, spazio, natura e si trova sul Mar dei Caraibi.

Amazing Property

An incredible property with stellar views. The rooms are very comfortable, the house is full of art, the central garden is a unique and wonderful touch. The open feeling of this house is amazing. The pool is a good size, and there is plenty of seating in the living room, the kitchen, and on the pool deck. The electronics are a bit fussy to use, especially the Sonos. The Wifi was solid though. The resort down at the waterfront was chill, and the quality of the food was good. Without a doubt one of the best properties we've ever stayed at.

Private Paradise

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The house was absolutely beautiful and the pool deck was everything! We found it to be much more enjoyable than going to the beach. We went to Cas Aboa and didnt like how rocky it was. My general likes: 1. Plenty of space for everyone to space out and lots of areas to explore. 2. Private pool with ocean views and an incredible sunset view. 3. Access to Coral Estate restaurants (not many food options around, but good to have options on site). 4. Sonos speakers around the shared areas allowed us to create our own fun/party. 5. Incredibly comfortable beds. 6. Kitchen was fully decked out with all kitchen supplies you could need. 7. Gym below and bikes to use (though we didnt use them). 8. The NOOM management company was SUPER helpful and responsive. Especially helpful with an issue with the car company. Any other issue I had, all I needed to do was text them. Dislikes: 1. Because of the indoor/outdoor living, the house got VERY buggy. By day 4, there were gnats everywhere. We tried to keep the counters clean and garbage dumped, but it wasnt helping much. Staff said it was because of the weather, so I understand that, but it became super annoying. Just something to consider that the bugs will swarm and the house is open air. Also, LOTS of lizards (and other pests) roaming around the house. Its the caribbean country, so some to be expected. Just ensure that no one in your group is afraid of them as they are regularly in bedrooms and such. 2. Lots of work to keep the house clean. Would have liked more consistent cleaning of the common areas for the price. Saw the housekeeper twice. Pool guys didnt clean the pool. 3. No nightlife in the area and pretty isolated, so driving back from town after dark is a bit unsafe. Just a negative for my personal travel style as I like to mingle and go to bars/clubs. It didnt matter to half of our group. 4. Minor issue with the TV. We thought we would have access to live TV or international channels based on the guide, but none was available and we wished there were more than 2 TVs in the house. 5. Several things in the kitchen were broken/not working. We only had one working burner on the stove, a convection oven (no microwave) and a gas grill (which was really good). 6. Extra cost for electricty isnt great, but we knew going in. Overall, the house was absolutely stunning and I would recommend it for large groups and any who dont mind the negatives I noted above.

Amazing stay in a unique house

The house is better than advertised- unique and beautiful interior design and art- not to mention the garden! The open house plan allows the wind to cool the entire house and it's so pleasant. Everything was very clean and the pool was excellent. We appreciated the NOOM team as super helpful and great hosts.

Top woning op een top locatie

Ruime vrije 12 persoons vakantiewoning op een bewaakt park, van alle gemakken voorzien. Groot zwembad, ruim terras, ligbedden, grote keuken, dubbele koelkadt met vriezers, ruime slaapkamers met badkamers, airco, stilte, rust, enz. enz. Centraal gelegen op het eiland Curaçao, met je (noodzakelijke) huurauto alles super goed en snel bereikbaar.

Gorgeous Villa-Perfect for a Relaxing Holiday

This property was perfect for our group of 7 - 5 adults and 2 teenaged boys. We enjoyed the open air concept in all of the common areas and the beautiful constant breeze keeps you comfortable. There are a few mosquitos but a little bug spray solves that! The Wi-Fi worked well in all areas of the home (especially important when you have teens). When we asked for a larger coffee maker it was provided within a few hours. Our stay was ended abruptly when we had to travel home early due to the COVID pandemic, but we would have been happy to stay much longer under different circumstances. The only amenity that we missed a bit would be a gas barbecue. We used the charcoal grill only once. I would highly recommend this villa for those looking for a relaxing holiday.

Excellent holiday spot

This property was fantastic. 10 of us headed to Curaçao for a holiday and it was the perfect place for us to be. We really enjoyed that it was more isolated than the places in the main part of the island. The views are stunning from the deck. Having dinner on the deck every night by the pool with the sunset was a dream. The house is very spacious with a large kitchen and living space, a lovely inner courtyard, comfortable rooms and lots of space to explore. The pool is a perfect size to enjoy if you don’t want to go to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked with all the amenities you might need. Our hosts were easy to get a hold of whenever we had a question. Overall, this was an excellent place to get away if you don’t mind taking a bit of a road trip and the quietness, this the perfect place for you.

Wonderful Stay in Curacao

The property is exactly as described and it was a great place for a family vacation with each person/couple having their own space. The openness of the shared space was amazing! The only minor complaints we had were that it was always too windy to take advantage of eating outside, one of the A/C remotes had to be reprogramed, and the place lost electricity, so we lost half a day by the time the manager could bring us the manual key to open the gate. Make sure you test all of the A/C units and get the manual key to the gate when you check into this wonderful home!

Great for a family vacation

Lovely, well-maintained property. Spacious and private. We were nine family members and all agreed that it was one of the nicest houses we've ever rented. Just a reminder: you must rent a car to get anywhere from the house.

Super house, awesome views!

We loved our visit here. We had a group of 6 friends for a little over a week in late March. (We way underutilized the space.) Perfect time of year. Steady (sometimes quite substantial) breezes at the house protected against both bugs and excessive heat. We loved the privacy, larger-than-usual pool, open-to-the-outdoor design, and great views from the house. We like to eat in, and the kitchen served us well. The rooms, situated around a central, open garden with doors opening to the outside, were all comfortable and private, each featuring a different lovely view. The bench overlooking the inland bay was wonderful for watching the sunrise, while the poolside seating served us well at sunset. The house itself offered just the retreat we were looking for. But some recommendations for adventures away: If you're looking to hike, Mt. Christoffel is great. Check the hours-- when we went the latest they would allow you to start (due to the heat) was 10 am. We slid in right at the wire, making for a hot hike, but we had the pinnacle to ourselves when we got there. After searching much of the western part of the island for the best beach (meaning not too crowded, relatively decent snorkeling, and pretty), we concluded that Daaibooi Baai, right next to the Coral Estates neighborhood, was the best. And a highlight for many was the cliff you can jump off of at Playa Forti (look it up online). Enjoy!

Property as shown on pictures . Beautiful view , very windy as on top of everything...... One concern , be aware : prices shown are on the basis of only 2 adults (extras for every additional guest) , and there are extra charges for electricity as well . Pool: great but not heated and as it is pretty windy, kind of chilly ... Maria did a good job and we were greeted in a very friendly manner and she was easy to work with. The housekeeper doesn’t do much but takes care of washing towels and linens . Seen her twice in a 10 day stay ... This being said, the house has a beautiful caracter and charm and is recommendable as long as you’re aware of the above . All in all, enjoyed it a lot and would rent it again knowing there’s extras to be considered . Island very arid but with a particular charm to it . You won’t be disappointed. Recommended: Karacter and Koraal rooftop restaurant just down the road and Kome in Willemstad ( so friendly and tasty) . Have fun ! Curaçao is worth discovering!
