“Convenient location and clean. Easy checkin with the key available from pub across the road. Had unusual single cup kettle and coffee maker and good selection of teas and coffees. Lights and bathroom tap were on timing sensors and both were a bit annoying particularly the tap when you were trying to fill a jug for the kettle. Bedclothing was a bit tired and there were only 2 fairly flat pillows on a standard size double bed. The thing I really didn’t like though was the musty smell of bedding...

“A lovely little B&B. Perry was wonderful. Very friendly and cooked us a gorgeous breakfast before we left. Clean and tidy and not far from Southwell racecourse (about 7 miles). Would recommend.”

After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. “Attic room was difficult due to low ceiling beams and we banged our heads several times... Breakfast was really nice. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was good and the location for Beaumaris town is ideal.”
