It needs a LOT of updating snd redecorating. I gave a list of problems to reception. The main one being cleanliness, dust, the shower, black mould on the bath mat and the lift being VERY unreliable because of its age. If it isn't working, there are a lot of stairs. Not good if you have even a slight disability, which I have. The staff are nice and the food good.
