“Very impressed with the room - open from parking lot to a patio sitting area viewing the lake. Very nice! The only negative was our neighbors above us were constantly moving chairs or chests across the floor (our ceiling). We tried to ignore them!”

“Terrible. Hallways stunk of urine and musty carpet. Hallways were unconditioned in 100 degree weather. Bottom of bathroom sink in room 354 is cracked. The shower only had one temperature....scalding. The mattress was cheap, sprung, and ridiculously bouncy. The room phone did not work. There was no alarm clock, which is normally not a big deal, except there is not even one USB port in the room. In 2026. “I have stayed at your facilities several times at this point and have been please with every visit. This occasion, we were greeted with an upgraded room due to our length of stay and overall occupancy during our visit. And without fail the staff was more than gracious and accommodating to any of needs or requests. Thank You for keeping the bar high.”

“Property is rather old and certainly looks it; it would seem the 2.5 star rating is a relic of a bygone era. While the rooms had been moderately updated, there was staining and what looked like early stages of mold growth on the bathroom ceiling. While nothing looked particularly dirty, the room didn't seem particularly clean either. What was worst though was finding ants sporadically across the room: on the bathroom vanity, crawling up lamp cords and on the bed sidetable. I didn't see any on /...
