“Junior Suite was comfortable and spacious with a newly refurbished bathroom (shower over bath). There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room, nice soft towels, robes in the fitted wardrobe, sofa bed made up as a bed in the adjoining lounge when we arrived. The leisure facilities are quite old but we knew this when we booked. The water in the jacuzzi was nice and hot and the pool a good size. “Disappointing experience . When I informed reception at 6.15 pm that we had no water for the bath or shower I was told there wasn't any maintenance available . So neither I or my wife could have a shower that evening or the next morning ( today ) . On check out I reminded the manager of this problem , but no redress or discount was offered ; until I asked for a discount .
