Perfect Cabin on the Water
This is a wonderful modern small house right on the water near St. Michael's. It's a quick drive or nice bike ride to town and we even paddled to the town kayak dock in less than half an hour. The owners have done a great job updating this cabin. It's beautifully furnished and appointed, inside and out, and so close to the water you might feel like you're on a ship. We have rented dozens of homes in Talbot County over the years, and are vacation homeowners ourselves, so I can say with confidence that these owners have gone above and beyond to design a memorable experience for their guests. As a small family, we also appreciate the relative affordability of this cabin compared to many of the houses on the rental market that are bigger than what we need. If you don't mind sharing a bathroom, this house is plenty comfortable for a family of four, two couples, or four friends. We are already planning our return to Bateau Cabin.
