Location!

We chose this spot after visiting Gulfport last spring and loving its charm. Lots to do and to be within walking distance is the biggest plus! If you have young kids, there are a couple playgrounds you can walk to and a new covered one right on the waterfront next to the beach. Many restaurants to choose from too, we loved all the live music everywhere! The only thing I wish the apartment had was a tub faucet in the tub, having only showers made it hard to wash our 1 year old but we made do. The size of the apartment is perfect and love that the master is in the back with its own bathroom too. The property was quiet and laundry on site was really helpful. Juan was a great communicator and even followed up after check-in. Would definitely book again!

Awesome!

The house is perfect! Perfect location walking distance to so many fun amazing things. We had the best time ever. We felt very safe the whole trip. The house has EVERYTHING you need; super nice towels, beds are very comfortable, no noise from neighbors, very nice dishes and cookware, great showers. Bring coins for the laundry. *Important note* the beach in walking distance is just beach. Swimming there is prohibited. But it's only a 15 minute drive to other beaches like treasure island. If you are flying this is the perfect place. Everything you need for a fun day at the beach is in the front closet. Uber seems to be cheaper than Lyft here. Family of 7 with 3 teens and two 10 year olds fit super comfortable here.

Great home base for exploring Gulfport and beyond

We are a family of 6 and this property had everything we needed for our trip: plenty of space, everything for a beach day (chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc.), the kitchen was very well stocked (although we ate out more than we expected due to the wide assortment of restaurants within 2-3 blocks), a one block walk to a nice little beach, and easy access to the greater Tampa/St.Pete's area. It is an older home, but it was clean and well kept. We also liked that the town of Gulfport has plenty of shopping and dining, but is not overwhelmingly crowded like St. Pete's Beach. We will definitely be back!

Holiday with Family

Great location, owner provided all the basic supplies and beach towels, beach chairs too. Walk to all restaurants and not far from family. We had a great stay. Lots of air conditioning!

Great location. Close to Eckerd College.

We stayed the week prior to dropping our son at Eckerd. It was a great location to walk to the restaurants, bars and shops in Gulfport.

In Town

Great in town location makes it perfect for visiting the beach, shopping and restaurants all just a short walk. Perfect location to enjoy the sunset from the pier. Property manager was very responsive to our needs!

Gulfport

We just love the town of Gulfport and this was a great place to stay, it was close to everything. The place is newly remodeled and in great shape. They could use a new washer and dryer to use but we loved staying there.
