Our stay was wondering. This was our 3rd stay here, we will definitely be back. The condo is very nice and feels like we are at home. Great location to the beach and restaurants.

This is the best place we have ever stayed on the gulf. From the main condo entrance, the beach sand is a 30-40 second walk, and the gulf water only twice that. The condo was clean with two bedrooms and two full baths. There are three balconies to step out on and enjoy the view with one of them allowing you to view the sunset. The condo has a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and a fridge with filtered water and ice. The unit is on the top floor, but it has a perfectly functional elevator. The AC worked perfect, and the shower temperature could be as hot as you could withstand it. No carpet in any of the rooms outside of some area rugs. Definitely a plus with all the sand. A storage cabinet outside includes some beach necessities to aid with your stay and since it is a public beach access, there is a shower station right off the beach. It is 5-6 blocks down from one of the larger Indian Rocks Beach public access points, so the beach area here was not as congested and lived up to the laid back IRB vibe. We never had a problem staking are beach spot for the day. There are quite a few popular establishments within walking distance, including Coco Crush (awesome happy hour specials), IRB Creamery, and the IRB Nature Preserve. Debbie was very helpful and responsive during our stay. We would definitely stay here again!Only complaint: we wish we would have stayed two or three weeks instead of one. Thank you!!!

Perfect as usual

We enjoyed our stay again this year. The condo was spotless, well stocked with essentials, and comfortable. The carpet in the second bedroom has been removed and replaced with bare flooring, which we loved! Thank you for another great stay!

Amazing Condo and Beautiful Beach!

We enjoyed our week at the Whalen's condo so much! We cannot say enough about our positive experience. The location was perfect: a nice view of the beach from the side patio, no busy roads to cross to access the beach, and walking distance to cafes, restaurants and ice cream. The condo was spotless, spacious and comfortable and provided all of the basic amenities we needed. The building and neighbors were quiet. Check-in and communication with the host were quick and easy. We would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit the area and we hope to return again in the future!

Great condo and wonderful beach!

We enjoyed our week so much! Beach is so close. Condo was great-quiet building. We walked to dinner several times. Very good location. Very comfortable condo with great views of gulf and the street side-we enjoyed it all.

Great place

Great location and very comfortable accommodations. The unit was clean and had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We had no issues at all with the stay. The only thing missing was an outdoor grill but we were told that the building didn't allow grills. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable Beach Vacation

Property is exactly as listed and shown in the pictures! Very short walk to the beach (do not need to cross any roads! Host was quick to respond to a question. Also is a short walk to many restaurants/coffee places! Would definitely return.

Two year old approved!

All the little things were included…sugar, vanilla, spices..This made our stay even better!! When you pack for the beach you have so much stuff and you get to your condo and a cooler, towels, and even games are included! Thank you for a great week! My two year old grandson loved his first beach week!

Great place!

We enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s condo. There was plenty of room for all four adults. I loved that we never ran out of hot water when everyone wanted showers at the end of a beach day! The beach chairs, towels and coolers were a big plus! Only steps to the beach, there is no crossing busy roads! Walking distance to many restaurant's. We would definitely stay again.

Great Getaway

We loved Debbie's place. It was so clean and close to everything. We walked the beach every morning and afternoon. We walked to dinner a few times. We drove to many cities close by. Had a great time.

Sun, sand, and Gulf breezes

Another relaxing visit to Indian Rocks Beach! We have spent February in this area for several years… each year in this same lovely condo with all the amenities of home. Debbie is wonderful to work with and the condo is located in a perfect spot with the beach just footsteps away. It is located within walking distance from several excellent restaurants. Everything you could ask for to make your stay memorable.
