We offer 24/7 maintenance services on the property for any emergencies. We live in the house at the front and have our own private entrance to ensure the privacy of our guests. We do not interfere with your experience on the Vrbo site at all.

Please note that we cannot accommodate dogs of any size or other pets. A fee of $200 will be charged for any violations of this policy.
We have dogs and pets but they never go to the Vrbo site, as we know that are people that has severe allergy of fur.

I know we forget to bring things, like cables for cellular phones, and some more, that I ask you to kindly leave in the place they are, so my next guests would enjoy them too.

IMPORTANT:
I like to know the people I will greet at my door, so please send me pictures of the people that is supposed to be here. I have security cameras for the comfort of us all.
