  • Relax at The Dunedin Duo featuring a heated pool, TWO full units, and a variety of outdoor activities including a private mini golf course, pickleball, firepit, outdoor kitchen, playground, and basketball court just minutes from the beaches and downtown.



    5 minutes from downtown Dunedin

    10 minutes to Honeymoon Island

    15-20 minutes to Clearwater Beach



    For the 2-bedroom unit:

    Maximum occupancy is 6 guests, including children. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in the designated parking spaces. No lawn parking.

    For the 4-bedroom unit:

    Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, including children. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles in the designated parking spaces. No lawn parking.

Lots of space for the entire family, 11 of us total. Kids enjoyed the pool and beach was a 10 minute ride. Owner responded quickly to any concerns and was tremendously helpful. Great property, is exactly as described. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family. The large property gave the kids plenty of room to run around and play safely, which was a huge plus for us.There were so many activities to enjoy, including a basketball court, pickleball, mini golf, and a pool that everyone loved. The outdoor patio was also a great spot for the adults to relax, unwind, and spend quality time together.Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. This property truly had something for all ages, making it the perfect getaway for families and groups. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing vacation rental! 5/5 stars one of our favorite family stays yet!!

Great family stay

We loved how spacious the home was and how close it was to downtown Dunedin and Honey Moon Island. Troy was always responsive and the place was spotless.

Great spot for a family

Great amenities, owner was very responsive to any questions. Having the two houses was great to give folks without kids their own space. Easy shopping nearby and close to the beach. Would highly recommend!

Over all we had a great time, the pool was a hit, there was an issue the day we checked in due to the guests checking out that morning but Troy did his best to correct the issue. The location was easy to reach and it was in a very quiet area.

Stay at 2 homes in Dunedin

We enjoyed our stay at this house in Dunedin. Everything was clean, and we enjoyed the outdoor area. It was nice having 2 houses beside one another. It does sleep 16 people, but that included roll away beds which wasn’t convenient for all our family with everyone being over the age of 18. All in all we had a nice visit.

Wonderful property for a family vacation!

We had a great time in this clean, beautiful home. Plenty of modern bathrooms and bedrooms, with comfortable beds. The large refrigerators, rain shower heads, and deep tub with fireplace were so fun. Our host Troy was available when we had questions and was kind and friendly.

Great property and close to everything

We had 3 families staying at this house and it was excellent. It is spacious and comfortable. It had a big yard and pool for the kids to hang out and plenty of bathrooms. It's close and convenient to pretty much anywhere you want to go. Would definitely stay here again. Troy was very responsive to any questions we had along the way.

Nice property. Kids loved the yard and all it offered. Needs to restock plastic items for kids/ pool and basic supplies. Few broken items so some repairs are needed. Overall nice home.

Great place for friends/family

This property is great! We had 3 couples, and we all had our own space. The finishes were beautiful in both homes. The common areas were spacious and there were plenty of things to do at the property. We truly had a great experience. The manager was available via text, and the location is close to anything you could ever want!

Beautiful property!

There were 16 of us staying here at this beautiful and very clean property.We had a wonderful family reunion! The property is beautiful inside and out! Beautiful heated pool. Everything we needed to cook was supplied! ! The owner was very quick to respond when I had a question. Thank you so very much for a wonderful stay! We will be back!

Great Family Gathering House

We stayed at this home for 5 nights in January. We basically needed a place for our family to stay while giving our grandmother a surprise 80th birthday party in Largo. The house is exactly as described. The sleeping arrangements were absolutely perfect for our family as there were 6 couples, 1 teen, a toddler, and an infant. Everyone had their own private room with comfortable accommodations, which was great. The house also has a heated pool an outdoor fireplace, and plenty of activities, which we all enjoyed. There is parking for 4 vehicles, and the house is on a dead end street, which makes parking easier and less stressful. There were a few minor issues which were all addressed within a reasonable timeframe. The main purpose of our visit went off without a hitch, and our large family was able to relax and enjoy our time together in this home, and even enjoy some visits from relatives living in the area.

I recently stayed at this property, and unfortunately, our experience was far from what was advertised.Inside the home, we encountered cockroaches, a stained and dirty couch, and an overall lack of proper cleaning.Outside, the grill and outdoor kitchen were filthy and covered in rat droppings. The pool was in poor condition, with visible mildew, foul-smelling water, and no sign of proper chlorination. The patio furniture was covered in mold, and the flooring appeared the same.I contacted the host, who responded quickly but failed to provide any real resolution. His only suggestion was to use the provided brush to clean the grill (which was unsanitary and unusable due to the droppings), and he insisted the pool had been cleaned the day we arrived—something clearly contradicted by the state of the water and surrounding area. I even sent photos to support my concerns, but nothing was done.Had the property met even basic hospitality standards and cleanliness requirements, it truly could have been the dream vacation home it was advertised to be. Unfortunately, our experience was the opposite, despite paying a premium price.
