There are 2 parking spots on the driveway- We ask that you do not block the neighbor's driveway.

Absolutely no parties- Quiet hours per the city are 10pm-7am

Pets are allowed for $125 per stay

Please note there are three exterior facing cameras: One at the front door and one on each side of the house near the trash cans. This is solely to keep track of our cleaning services.

“The floatation devices are allowed only at the pool, and are not allowed for use outside the pool”

-Our pools usually heat to about 20 degrees above the ambient outside temperatures with the max temperature set to 85 degrees. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Please keep this mind for your trip if booking during FL’s colder months. Thank you!



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
