Questo edificio del fronte del Golfo di Indian Rocks Beach, denominato Hamilton House, è pronto per le vacanze immediate e si trova direttamente su una spiaggia di sabbia unica. L'oceano fa bene a nuotare quasi tutto l'anno. Durante i mesi freddi è possibile usufruire della piscina privata riscaldata. Il nostro 3 ° piano 2 camere da letto condominio # 207 offre un ampio balcone delimitato da palme con vista laterale nord bella delle splendide acque del Golfo del Messico e spiaggia di sabbia bianca che va avanti per chilometri. Il condominio 2bedroom 1100 piedi quadrati ha accogliente soggiorno, 2 bagni, cucina con tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici un ripostiglio interno, e ha piastrelle di ceramica in tutto. Tutto nuovo di zecca arredato. L'unità è stata dipinta di fresco, ha un nuovo frigorifero, lavatrice e asciugatrice, lavastoviglie, gamma e riscaldamento. Nuovo sistema centrale di raffreddamento e riscaldamento. L'ascensore da 2500 libbre offre ulteriore comfort agli ospiti. Due parcheggi firmati (coperti e scoperti). L'appartamento è situato vicino al negozio di alimentari, ristoranti, parco giochi e centro ricreativo. Consentiamo affitti stagionali e di 7 giorni.

Had a great time. We are beach people so loved the location. At night, we like to watch TV and hang out. The TV's were super small and not high enough to watch TV in bed. Would be nice to at least have them hung on the wall. People upstairs were really loud. Could hear them jumping, playing music, and moving furniture. Having laundry, chairs for the beach, and parking was a great. We will definitely come back.

Place was perfect. Sunsets were unbelievable. Felt safe and welcome and the beach wasn’t overcrowded. Was nice to have a parking spot under the building out of the sun. The host is super attentive and helpful. Although the balcony is only a partial view of ocean it is great to eat our meals out there. At night you hear a little street noise but could still fall asleep to the ocean waves. As with other guests the couch was uncomfortable but it is a fold out bed so suggested he try a support board to help. Both a sit in tub and walk in shower so that was great. Can’t get over the variety of sea birds on beach. At least 6 different species if not more. And most days the waves were pretty calm. Loved it!

Fantastic place to stay. Andre is always available but we didnt need anything with everything in good order and clean. Pool is nice and beach is as close you can possibly get. This was our 2nd time renting this unit and are very happy with The Hamilton House, the unit and location. Recommended for families.

We had 6 family members for the week. And a family friend and child for a night. Plenty of room. First place we have rented that had all sundries provided. Along with all the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and toys you would need. Andre was very quick with response to the questions we had and offered help/solutions with our questions. Such a nice place and easy in and out stay. Will do this again. Thanks.

Loved this condo and the area! Condo was clean and had all the beach necessities we needed. Andre was fantastic. Umbrellas were broke, and he delivered us a new one within the hour of letting him know. We had the best time!

Wonderful property!

The condo is lovely. It has everything you would want for a beachfront vacation. Steps to the beach with beach chairs, umbrellas a cooler and sand toys provided. It is within an easy walk to some wonderful restaurants. Andre is an amazing host. If you need to reach out to him and is extremely responsive. Thank you Andre!!

IRB Beach Stay

We loved this rental! It was comfortable, clean, perfect location, and the host was extremely attentive and available. One day there was a storm coming, and we got a text, letting us know of the weather conditions. Any question we had was answered right away. We love that it was stocked with name brand, Kleenex, toilet paper, and dish soap. Beach view from the side balcony was wonderful. We would definitely recommend this rental. What are you doing?

Great stay weather was good and the condo was as advertised. Plenty of restaurants in walking distance and lots to see if you have a car. Hurricane damage was not seen, beach was still very usable, condo was perfectly functioning.

Annual Family Beach Vacation

This was a nice, quaint condo with easy, but secure, assess and updated appliances-fully stocked with everything needed to cook and serve a meal. Located in a fairly quiet area on the beach with a more mature crowd. There is a restaurant or bar across the street that kept up some loud music a few nights during our stay but in general, it was very quiet. Gaining access to the beach and pool was very easy. We did have a random episode when the water heater alarm just went off for no apparent reason but Andre sent someone over right away without us having to call (We were on the beach when it happened). Andre also stopped by to make sure everything was ok. There was also an emergency water shut off for a few hours one day. We were notified in advance and decided to visit Busch Gardens that day which was only about 30 minutes away. A little disappointed that the side view of the beach was more of a sliver of a view and the photo advertised, I suspect, is photoshopped because the water was definitely not blue. It was more of a dirty green/brown like the Atlantic. Overall, a nice, quiet place with easy access to just about everything one could need.

Perfect location, clean updated unit

I had a difficult time deciding on the right condo to rent but I am extremely glad we chose Andre's unit. He went above and beyond to ensure our family of 6 had an amazing stay. We will be back next year!

Great location

This was a few steps from the beach and many restaurants. We also enjoyed our nightly stroll to try different ice cream shops. The condo had everything we needed to have our sun and rest beach vacation.
