La nostra Ocean Sands ha una vista sensazionale da: camera da letto di primo livello, soggiorno e sala da pranzo, camera da letto di secondo e principale situata al terzo piano e le migliori vedute sono dai balconi e dalla piscina privata!

Ground Level dispone di un garage per due auto, zona lavanderia, piscina sul golfo e la prima camera da letto. La prima camera ha due letti queen size con bagno privato completo. Questa camera ha anche accesso diretto alla piscina.

Il secondo livello presenta l'ampia zona giorno aperta, la zona pranzo e la cucina gourmet, un mezzo bagno e un balcone sulla spiaggia.

La zona giorno principale ha comodi divani con tv a grande schermo e accesso ai balconi sul golfo. Il soggiorno e la sala da pranzo sfruttano appieno la sua posizione fronte mare con porte scorrevoli in vetro che si affacciano sul golfo.

Il soggiorno confina con una spaziosa sala da pranzo che può ospitare 8 persone al tavolo da pranzo e altre 4 sull'isola.

La cucina completamente attrezzata dispone di elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, bellissima isola grande e tutto il necessario per cucinare un pasto per i tuoi amici e familiari.

Più porte dal secondo e terzo piano conducono ad un balcone ventilato sulla spiaggia. Ti ritroverai a voler passare un sacco di tempo qui godendoti la vista, sorseggiando il tuo drink preferito e ascoltando i suoni rilassanti del surf quando non sei a bordo piscina o sulla spiaggia sottostante.

Il terzo livello presenta la seconda camera da letto con due letti a castello (il fondo è pieno e quello superiore è una doppia). Le cuccette inferiori hanno una tv integrata.

Terza camera da letto con letto matrimoniale e accesso al balcone. C'è un bagno nel corridoio che la seconda e la terza camera condividono. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con bagno privato e accesso al balcone.

Questa casa vacanza può ospitare fino a 12 fortunati ospiti - e tutti a letto.

Family Vacation

Excellent location

We stayed for a family vacation with our adult children and their significant others and one nearly 2 year old and it was absolutely perfect. The location on the beach was ideal and allowed us to go back and forth from the beach to the pool and to the house easily and as we pleased. The house and property were very clean, well stocked kitchen, plenty of beach chairs & towels and even some pool toys. Communication was great, Jonie even stopped by after our arrival to make sure we understood everything and that everything was acceptable. There are 2 garage slots that are somewhat small and our Tahoe did not fit in but Jonie showed us where we could park that vehicle. The entire area felt very safe and friendly and we would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for the convenience of being on the beach.

Beautiful Sunset View

Best sunset view just sitting on large balconies . Loved the pool and being right on beach. We really did not have to leave home to entertain kids. Large kitchen pretty well stocked. Good size family room area. The bedroom configuration worked for our family. Huge master bedroom with bath . Smaller bedroom with queen and bedroom with 2 bunks doubles on bottom bunks. Shared bath in hall upstairs. Lower bedroom bottom level we did not use, but we used bathroom thru bedroom room daily with pool right there. It may have been awkward if someone had to stay in that room with us walking thru all day. Overall house may need some work but that did not matter cause the pool and beach and sunset are the highlight of the home. Highly recommend beach is beautiful white sand and clear waters.

Spring break

We had a fantastic time here. The home had plenty of room for all 9 of us. Was amazing to be right on the beach. The views from the house and pool were incredible. A family vacation we will never forget. Our grandson also found 14 shark teeth on our walks along the veach

Perfect Beach House

It’s like waking up to a picture post card every morning and the sunsets are amazing! Our 3,4 and 9 year old literally lined up their seats on the balcony to watch the sun “go into the water”! Our group wants to go back next year! Balcony to pool to beach in just a few steps! Yes please!

Great house w great view

We had a wonderful family vacation, the pool area is fantastic with lots of room to enjoy. The beach was VERY close to the house so the view was extra good compared to other ocean front houses we have rented (we rent every year for 20 years so we know). The beach itself is very small, not sure why this area is so small but beware of that. 2 Major suggestions: The house NEEDS shades or blinds on the back side as the sun was beating in during dinner time hours with no way block it, very bothersome for many in our family…that was disturbing. Also no ceiling fans on the outside patio which would have been nice to help keep the heat down or at least creating a breeze.

House was wonderful but beach was disappointing

We have stayed many times in this neighborhood and this house. We have been coming to the Indian Rocks/Indian Shores beaches for 20 years, but, unfortunately, we will not be back. The “pink house” is our favorite property. We love the unobstructed views, the wonderful pool, and the private beach access. This year, the beach was the problem. There wasn’t one. We researched and discovered that it was an issue between the homeowners and the corps of engineers, ending in no renorishment of the Pinellas County beaches. It’s hard to enjoy the beach when there isn’t one. Very unfortunate.

Beautiful home right on the beach, great location

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean with more than enough space to accommodate our 2 families of 4. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with assorted pans, pots, cooking utensils, cutlery, and a combo drip/keurig style coffeemaker. The fridge has an ice maker with filtered water. We paid for pool heat since it was March and had no issues. There are plenty of towels, beach toys, and chairs in the garage as well as coolers you can roll onto the beach. The shoreline is nice and close to the house so that you can easily see your kids on the beach from the upper patio. We watched the beautiful sunsets from both the main and master patios, both of which have very comfortable furniture for hours of reading. The house is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, ice cream, and a park with a playground and pickleball courts. Renting a car isn’t necessary, but if you do there are 2 spots in the garage that are a bit of a tight squeeze. The check out process was the easiest of all the properties we have booked, and our manager was easily accessible and helpful.

Gorgeous townhouse

Heated pool a must; kids spent most of their time in pool. Gulf too cold in March. Regular pool maintenance a plus. Great location, on beach but close to restaurants and stores.

Wonderful House

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property immensely. We loved every minute of it. To be able to walk out to beach right from our property was amazing. The sunsets were to die for. There was plenty of space in this house so everyone could spread out. The house was clean and well kept. We could have used another refrigerator but there was really nothing else we needed. We would definitely rent this house again. It was beautiful and was everything we hoped it would be and then some. The Traveling Sisters

Dual Family Vacation

This house is amazing for a large group. Kitchen stocked. Views fantastic from each of the 3 levels of the home. Easy access to beach and town - all walkable. My host Joanie was amazing and always accessible. So close to the action / restaurants in Clearwater Beach and Belleair Beach. Close to a Publix as well. Instacart delivers. The only things to know is the hot tub in the pool is disconnected so it is the same temp as the pool. Also the the house is next to five other houses who share a common driveway. Although there is a 2 car garage - we needed to rent a Chevy Suburban for our large group. Parking that in the garage was nearly impossible due to the tight turns you must do to get in the garage. If you can use a smaller car - do it. Overall - a 10/10 and we will be back :) As working moms/dads with a bunch of kids - we got to relax and the kids had fun!

Our Favorite Place

Ocean Sands is our favorite place to stay in Florida. It is located at Indian Rocks Beach, Florida. This house is in a gated parking area, sharing only a few homes, so very private. We face the ocean and the pool is also private. You can run back and forth the beach, and even watch the kiddos from the back porch while they are at the beach. We love it here. It is clean and the manager is very helpful. We will be going again!

Beautiful Home with Gorgeous Views

I just returned home from a 4-day vacation at Ocean Sands with 7 friends The home is awesome with 3 huge balconies overlooking the beach. The house was super clean, well-stocked had plenty of space and gorgeous decor that made our beach getaway very memorable. The pool was great when the beach got too hot and the location was very safe and convenient to stores, shopping, and restaurants. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation Home!

We stayed at this property July 2021 with our extended family of 12 and had a great stay. Communication with manager was good and we had everything we needed to check in. The home was clean and looked just like the pictures. We had plenty of room to eat with our large group both inside and outside. Access to the beach is perfect and our children loved playing in the pool everyday. Highly recommended for a week of fun and relaxation!

Excellent House on Indian Rocks Beach

We had 2 families, 9 in total, stay at this property from April 10-17. The house was great. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Well equipped with beach/pool toys/towels and chairs. We would 100% go back to this property. The house was very clean. The sliding patio doors have extra security locks up high that young children would not be able to reach and/or operate. This provided relief at night knowing our young children could not sneak into the pool. The property management, Beach Time Rentals, was great to work with. The garage parking is made only for shorter vehicles. We were not able to close the garage at night due to the vehicle sticking out. This didn’t cause any issues, but was unexpected. The beach in front of the house was not busy. Only with the surrounding properties. In order to enter the property of these units, you must have a code to get in the gate. This provided an extra level of security and comfort. As noted in previous reviews, the wine fridge does not work. While not a reason for me to reduce a star in the rating. This is something that should be addressed as it appears to be a problem for sometime.

An Escape From Reality

From the moment we arrived at this property, we were amazed. It was clean, spacious, and overall, beautiful. The house has a very nice interior. The views were amazing on the balconies as well as the pool. The beach has very soft sand and it is not too busy, so it is perfect for relaxation. If you are planning on staying around the Indian Rocks Beach area, I highly recommend staying at this house!

Breathtaking!

The pictures don’t do this justice. The view is simply amazing! The house is beautiful and stocked with all the essentials and then some. Beach towels and toys provided, which made it super easy for packing/traveling. The house was laid out really well, with enough space for everyone. This was by far the best place we have stayed in, we will be back!

Early Christmas with our kids and their families

The property was close to everything we needed and the beach was a few feet from the pool. Pool was heated so warmed us well after swimming in the December gulf waters. We ate in each meal and the kitchen worked very well for this, especially since we could go to the fish market each day for fresh gulf delicacies.
