Nice house

Everything was great! Centrally located to the beach and shopping areas. House was clean and well kept. We traveled with 8 adults and 1 infant and we were not crowded at all with great privacy. Outside was a beautiful space. The pool was nice, however it needed to be cleaned. Pool service apparently came by and put two tablets in the skimmer and left without skimming the surface, brushing the walls/bottom, or vacuuming the bottom. Maybe the owner needs to reevaluate the service that he’s paying for. Overall though highly recommend.

Beautiful home, fun stay

The house was clean and as shown in the images. It was spacious enough for the seven of us and we all had enough privacy in our own rooms. Part of the house feels like its own separate home! We loved hanging out by the pool watching the birds and lizards. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Perfect house for our girls weekend trip!

Clean, spacious house in a beautiful part of Clearwater.

We were very pleased with our accommodations. The house was roomy, had plenty of comfy couches and chairs for our family of 10, and was beautifully decorated with attractive wall art. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was a Keurig available, but for us non Keurig coffee drinkers, we purchased an inexpensive coffee maker which we donated to the house. The entire house was superbly clean. We were disappointed that the pool was too cold in which to swim, but we found many other things to do and another place to swim, so all was good. I appreciated that our host, Vivian, was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Check in and check out was very easy. Upon our arrival, Vivian and co surprised us with a sweet note and gift which we enjoyed with our Olive Garden night at the house. Our family has agreed that we most definitely would book with Vivian in the future.

Good option for summer.

Excellent property. Sadlly we never realize the property wasn’t listed as a heated pool, so we have to found several options to keep the family busy because the pool was impossible to use

Very Nice Place - Disappointed in Hot Tub

1563 Misty is a beautiful property, generally well-equipped and well-maintained. The furnishing are in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. We were greatly disappointed to find the Lanai Hot Tub heaters was not functioning. The entire control board was hanging free and non-operational. If you are planning outdoor relaxation, strongly recommend checking hot tub functionality before finalizing reservation.

Awesome Home!

The neighborhood and the house was amazing and very clean, everything we were looking for! Traveled to Clearwater to celebrate my mother-in-law’s 80th birthday and going to spring training was on her bucket list. The property is close to everything, beaches, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and the stadium. There were a few minor items that weren’t working, and the pool was not cleaned the week prior so we didn’t get use of it till the end of the week. Overall, we had a really great time.!!

Spring Training with the family

This home is in a great location for Spring Training, walking distance for Phillies fans and very close to Dunedin for Blue Jays. Close to beach, restaurants and marinas. The house floor plan is very practical for family(s) as it is kind of like two apartments joined by kitchen and dining, even has two refrigerators. Pool is very nice size and clean. Just a tiny upgrade on pool furniture would make it perfect. Easy check in and out access and procedures. Great time at a great place.
