  • NOW SLEEPING 6 in INDIAN ROCKS BEACH !You’ve found it !.In a 5 minute walk your toes go from the front door to the white sands of Indian Rocks Beach. Perched above a quiet (Non Boarding) pet clinic, you can talk to the animals then swim with a dolphin ! Afterwards crash on a king or one of 2 full beds or a queen pullout couch. Located in this ideal spot in IRB everything is easily walkable, restaurants, shops, the playground, tennis and pickle ball courts. This unique and spacious 2 bedroom 2bath lodging is highlighted by vaulted ceilings , 2 TVs , and an open air porch / balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped if you prefer dining indoors or on the balcony.

It was perfect! We celebrated our 36th anniversary there and got to see my daughter who lives in Clearwater. Easy access to the beach, eateries to the left and right all within walking distance and we enjoyed the black-out shades on the days we chose to sleep in. Hope to be back that way again!

Plenty of room for a family of 5. Matthew was a great host. Very short walk to the beach and many great restaurants. We enjoyed the park close by and appreciated all of the beach supplies. We have already booked for next year!

This is my honest review and not just going through the motions like I have unfortunately done in the past. Excellent stay. Super close to the beach. This place was definitely clean and exactly how described in the listing. The host replied to every message within minutes and was so kind and helpful. We will for sure stay again!

Wonderful Beach House!!

Matthew our host was wonderful! This cute place had everything we needed! The beach is across the street and down a little public access driveway. Plenty of great restaurants nearby! We will define stay here again!

Excellent host! And, the place was very neat, clean & accommodating having everything that we needed plus some - we really appreciated the black out shades!! There was easy access to the beach as well as several eateries that were within walking distance. Hope to be back that way soon :)

A rare find for pet owners

This was a great spot to stay! The location to the beach was great and the space was perfect for our son’s first birthday party with close family. A huge plus was the ability to bring our 2 dogs and be within walking distance of a dog park. 100% will be back again!

Excellent stay

The place was comfortable and the air worked great. They had everything we needed and more. The beach was a short walk and there was even a cooler and beach chairs to use. Thanks for letting us stay in your nice place.

It was a great stay. Very convenient spot for walking to Indian Rocks Beach (access was across the street). Great food places that were walkable. Nice balcony for coffee and breakfast. There were 2 rooms- one master with a bathroom and step in shower. The other bedroom had two double beds. There were outside stairs to the 2nd floor apartment where it was, that were a bit of a challenge for my mom, but the place was very clean, with beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, and cooler. Even pickle ball equipment!

Great stay!

Lovely, bright & airy apt about 2 minutes from the beach. The property is north of the crazy area of this strip so the traffic & noise is less. Very comfortable king size bed, 2 full bathrooms, 2 queen beds in 2nd bdrm. I would stay here again. We really enjoyed it.

Terrific location. We didn't move our car the whole time we were there. Being pet friendly was also perfect for our family, although the beaches are not pet friendly. Only minor issues were that the living room furniture was not very comfortable. And, the parking was an issue as we had two vehicles. Probably not as big an issue normally but we were there on Memorial Day weekend so all parking was at a premium. Would definitely stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property is only a block from the beach and with a crosswalk signal close by, it was easy to cross busy Gulf Blvd. Mitch was quick to respond and couldn’t have been more accommodating. The kitchen was equipped for meal preparation, but there were also great dining options within walking distance. With four adults, two young children, and two small dogs, we had plenty of space.We will certainly check this unit’s availability on our next stay in the area.

Beautiful place with hardwood floors, super fast wifi, awesome balcony with all amenities you need to the beach. The location is perfect, walking distance to places to eat, bars with live music. Matthew is an awesome host, he made us feel very welcome with our pets. I will definitely would like to comeback in the future. 5 Stars rating, Highly recommended.

Perfect !

This apartment had everything we needed! It was perfect and great location. We love being close to beach access, our favorite restaurants, and the pickleball courts. The owner was very quick to respond. Even went and purchased pickleball paddles when I asked if he had any. I wondered if having the vet office downstairs would be loud or disturbing but it wasnt at all. We will definitely go back!
