Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests, the condo features a stylish interior with brand-new kitchen appliances, two fully renovated bathrooms, and upscale finishes throughout. Guests can also enjoy Villa Madeira's heated beachfront pool, complete with stunning Gulf views and plenty of sun loungers for soaking up the Florida sunshine in comfort.

Kitchen: Impressively upgraded to include sleek granite counters, stainless dishwasher, stainless refridgerator with french doors, stove, and built in microwave. Fully stocked with cookware, drip coffee maker, and Keurig coffee maker. Basic dishes and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.

Dining Area: Adjacent to the kitchen for added convenience, the stylish dining table seats six and also offers views out to the gulf.

Living Room: In addition to its gulf views, the living room includes dual plush leather recliners, coffee table and end tables set, TV, and balcony access.

Bedroom #1: The luxurious primary suite offers a king-size bed, TV, bedside tables with lamps, a dresser, and a private en-suite bathroom. Guests can also enjoy stunning Gulf of Mexico views from the private master balcony.

Bathroom #1 (En-suite): Beautifully upgraded full bathroom featuring an oversized walk-in shower with built-in seating and a double vanity. No bathtub.

Bedroom #2: This inviting guest bedroom includes two XL-twin beds and a dresser with mirror, providing a cozy and functional retreat.

Bathroom #2: Renovated full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combination and single vanity.

Bedroom #3: The guest bedroom offers a queen-size bed, dresser, and bedside table, creating a cozy and relaxing space for guests.

Laundry: For added convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are located within Bedroom #3 and are available for guest use throughout their stay.

Balcony: The impressive 60-foot wraparound balcony provides panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico and overlooks the heated pool below. Start your day with beautiful sunrises and end it with unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf.

Outdoor Amenities: Relax by the beachfront heated pool with ample sun loungers, or unwind on the expansive communal sundeck complete with charming tiki huts and stunning coastal surroundings.

Important Information

House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.

Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.

Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.

Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request a pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.

Pool Heating: Please note that when outside temperatures reach 60 degrees or lower, a pool heater cannot always heat the pool completely to temperature. By booking this property, you understand that pool temperatures cannot be guaranteed when outside temperatures are too cold.

The surrounding local area has some great day trips as well: Florida Botanical Gardens in Largo featuring holiday lights late Nov-Jan,1st, John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Tampa Lowry Zoo, Florida Aquarium, Clearwater Aquarium, Sunken Gardens, Dinosaur World, Ellenton Outlet Malls, Children's Museums, enjoy a Tampa Bay Ray's game at Tropicana Field, a Buccaneers Football game in Tampa, or check out some of the pro baseball teams during their local Spring Training, also Disney World and downtown Disney are just two hours away.
