Our backyard invites you to soak up the Florida sun in a lush, private setting. Relax in our new swimming pool as tropical palms sway all around you. In the water, you’ll enjoy jets, a waterfall fountain, streamer fountains and a tanning ledge with bubblers. We also have chaise loungers, a BBQ grill and dining table for meals under the sun and stars.

LIVING ROOM
The living room welcomes you into our tropical disco world – starting with all things tropical. Take in the ocean theme in here, from a light blue sofa and rug in deep blues to yellow curtains that recall the sun. An accent wall is even wallpapered in a tranquil ocean scene. Sit back and share stories from your day, or turn on the big-screen TV to watch a show together.
KITCHEN & DINING ROOM
In our kitchen, soft blue and gray geometric tiles take center stage. Light gray cabinets have all the cookware and dishware you’ll need while a stocked coffee bar gets you going in the mornings. There are also all-new appliances and a counter bar for your breakfasts and margarita nightcaps.
Our dining room is right off the living room – and delves more into our ‘70s vibe. Gather around the retro-style table for delicious meals, just like at home. You’ll dig our beige rug with a glamorous gold starburst. And big, bold seashell wallpaper in orange and brown hues.
DISCO DEN
Behold the sheer fun of our disco den, which is off the kitchen. This groovy tribute to all things ‘70s is unlike anything else in St. Pete. Kick back on our red tweed sectional sofa as you cue up a movie night. Or mix a cocktail and play records from our vinyl collection. Far-out touches include a lava lamp, flamingo neon sign, shag pillows and island palm wallpaper across the ceiling. And glittering disco balls, of course!
4 BEDROOMS
Fun wallpaper. Colorful toss pillows. Blue and yellow headboards. Our four bedrooms bring some funk of their own while still being soothing spaces to unwind. Steal away for “me” time among comfy white bedding, patterned rugs, and bedside tables with lamps. Each room also has statement artwork, from tropical palms to a neon sign that sums up our home: “Normal gets you nowhere.”

Two full bathrooms are spread across the house, with one in the hallway and the other in the master bedroom. Island palm and jungle leaf wallpaper give off tropical vibes while white vanities and matte black fixtures bring a touch of zen. You’ll also find groovy floor tiles and showers that look like wood-paneled saunas. Our bath amenities include shampoo, conditioner and shower soap.

This house is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so it's not really that walkable. There is a nice nearby park that you can walk to. But almost everywhere you'd want to go -- downtown Gulfport, St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, etc. -- is a 5-7 minute drive.
-All pets are welcome, and we have a $50 pet fee which covers all pets. Please note as you book that you will be asked if you will be bringing a pet. Mark yes, which will cause Airbnb to collect the pet fee.
-Driveway can hold 6 parked cars. Unfortunately, there is no street parking. There is a nearby park if you'd like to use short-term parking. Ask the host where that is.
-This house is in a residential neighborhood, so please keep the noise down after 9pm.
