Newly Remodeled Deluxe Studio-No storm damage

Thoroughly modern studio of approximately 325 square feet. Everything is new.. It has a complete kitchen and both the kitchen and bathroom are generous in size. The sleeping area is approximately 150 square feet of the 325 mentioned. There is ample storage space and all things are furnished. The beach is 75 steps away. Less than a 2 minute walk. I provide everything you’ll need including beach equipment, linens, towels and everything for the kitchen. If you drive you’ll have free parking in a private driveway 10 steps away. You don’t need a car for this location. Most everything is within a half mile. Laundry facilities are available on the property. A lot of thought has gone into the unit and it’s modern in style. This was perfect for a long weekend getaway. My husband and I stay in this neighborhood every spring. Its quiet with a very short walk to the beach and not too far from all the restaurants. The owner is easy to get ahold of and had no issues during our stay!

We had a great stay here! Joe kept in touch with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The studio was very clean and was the perfect space for the two of us. We really enjoyed using the grill and the outdoor space. The location is great—very close to the beach and just a short walk to the restaurants and shops. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided for use during our stay as well. We definitely recommend this property and I’m sure we will be back!

We had another incredible stay at Joe’s place, this was our second visit, and this time we stayed a full week. Everything was just as perfect as we remembered! The property is in an unbeatable location, just steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to everything, yet still quiet and peaceful for a truly relaxing getaway. Being so close to the beach made it easy to enjoy morning walks and sunset views, and having chairs, towels, and umbrellas provided was such a nice added convenience.The home itself is consistently clean, updated, and meticulously maintained, it really sets a high standard compared to other rentals we’ve experienced. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it in top condition.What truly sets this place apart is Joe. He is hands down one of the most kind, responsive, and attentive hosts we’ve ever encountered.This is truly an outstanding rental, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again. Well situated apartment that was very close to beach. Very clean with all the needed appliances including pots, pans, silverware and washer and dryer. Chairs and umbrella provided for use on the beach. Would definitely recommend.

The host was very accessible and communicated well. The bed was comfortable. There was very little space for our clothes, There was one new beach chair, the other chair was very dirty and needed replacement. The coffee maker was very dirty to the point we would not use it. The refrigerator leaked condensation onto the floor and had a very noisy motor.

Everything was just as advertised. Very cozy very quiet very clean at was just what I thought it would be. You will have to walk away to get to the main places, but that’s fine. If you’re an older couple, you might want to get a scooter or something because there is a lot of walking but it’s worth it. If you just want to drink beer and sit on the beach? It’s the perfect spot. Joseph was great kept in great touch the whole time I was there.

All communication from Joseph was excellent- he went above and beyond to make sure that the check-in process went smoothly. He also gave excellent recommendations for the area. The unit was meticulously clean. Perfect for two of us. While we were there the dead on the street that Joseph‘s place is located on was quiet, as was the beach area. The busier area of Clearwater is not far away- either a lovely walk or a short drive. My only recommendation would be for updated outdoor beach, chairs, and umbrellas. We enjoyed our stay and would absolutely go back.
