Centrally Located, The Sun & Sand are Waiting for You

A fully furnished, clean and affordable studio apartment is waiting for your arrival. NO ADD ON FEES - CLEANING for our guests. Our accommodations are ideal for the individual who wants a safe and relaxing environment that provides for the basic essential amenities. A queen bed and fresh linens will allow for a good night's rest. The television is visible from both the bed and couch. Curtains allow for privacy between the bedroom and sitting area. A large walk-in bedroom closet is an added convenience for luggage storage. The kitchen comes equipped with an apartment size stove and refrigerator. Daily kitchen accessories include a coffee maker and microwave. The bathroom is small and functional which includes the shower.
Your comfort is our priority. Outside, relax under your private, covered patio. A golf putting green is available for your enjoyment. Lounge chairs allow for relaxation in our garden area. Shared with your unit is the driveway and large fenced backyard
(separate patios, divided by a gate). Please communicate if your dog will be joining
you. One dog is welcome. The nightly dog fee is 10.00 for reservations 28 days or longer.
Your health and safety is a priority: Emergency supplies and emergency contact information are readily available.

Affordable, and Convenient

If you are looking for a place large enough for light cooking , comfortable sleep , an ample tv viewing area , and enough green space to take your pets out as needed , this place is a gem . It is within five to ten minutes of shopping , several beaches, tons of restaurants, and great parks. The communication between the owner and lodgers is top notch . She is hospitable and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is the best it can be. Highly recommend!

Good for a busy vacationer

This place does the job, it is a bit crammed especially bathroom area but if you aren't planning on spending a lot of time here, it's sufficient. Susan was very polite and able to respond to request in a quick manner. I would suggest booking a car if you plan to go to the beach, the uber/lyft from here does end up adding up!

Small but worked out great

We had a great stay at this Vrbo! The property met all of our needs and was in a convenient, well-located spot—close to everything we wanted to do. Sue was extremely helpful and responsive, which made the whole experience even better. We'd definitely stay here again!

One Night Still With Me

We have never experienced anything like this host. We stayed one night, money refunded next day. It was not a one bedroom, but large room with bed stuck in a corner. I was traveling with my brother and this was not ideal situation, but I had medical equipment I needed to load back into car, and all our luggage. When I explained I needed another hour past her 11 am check out, she became furious, demanding we get out now. When we went to put luggage in car, she became verbally abusive, as was heard by the VRBO rep who I was on the phone with during this incident. She said she had called the cops on this, and I said that was fine with me so they could see what was going on. As we were trying to load our car, she planted herself across the sidewalk so I couldn't walk out the gate, and repeatedly demanded to know why we were still there. I asked her to move off the sidewalk so we could load our things at least 5 or more times, and when I started to try to move past her, she yelled, "Don't you touch me." I'm 70 and I'm tiny. She finally stepped aside so my brother could load our car while telling me to get out, she didn't want any "prima donnas" there. She was so loud and abusive to me that my little Chihuahua peed on the floor. We cleaned it up. On check in, she immediatley demanded pet fee, which I was happy to provide. Bathrromwas extremely dirty, and I did take pictures of everything as proof.

Cute place

Had a wonderful stay at his cute cottage. Very clean and we had no issues. The bathroom is a bit cosy but we enjoyed our stay the owner was very nice and helpful but also gave us our privacy.

Nice place for a quick visit

I was visiting family in the St. Petersburg area. The location of this VBRO was perfect for my needs. The place was small, but just what we needed. The neighborhood was quiet, and my husband was able to walk to a local restaurant to watch sports. I like the tv options, and watched a few shows on Netflix. They could use a new remote control, because some things had to be handled directly on the TV. Everything else was fine.

Clean. 10 min east of the beach. Great host. Nice back patio to have a coctail at the end of a long day. Bed was comfortable and not hard.

Best Host

Ms. Sue was the best host ever. She took care of any and everything I needed and made sure I knew where I was going, what restaurants to check out, made sure I had aloe for the inevitable sunburn, and consistently checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy without being overbearing. She is a gem of a host and I am already planning on booking her location for another stay next year. She even kept an eye out for my Amazon package that I had to have sent!

Vacation get away!

Nice stay

It was a nice location. The property was clean. Shower head sprayed to wall and not your body so that was frustrating. Bed not comfy and pillows are very flat and need to be replaced. Dog on property was a nice greeter each morning. Be careful backing out of driveway as there is an huge bump where your car bottoms out. We angled and used the right side of driveway. Overall a good stay.

Comfortable studio

Susan was a pleasure to work with after I arrived and needed a couple of items in the room taken care of. Even so, everything that I needed for my short stay was available. I felt safe there. The room is conveniently located. My only concern was the shower, which is quite small, but Susan is open to my suggestion that a hand-held shower head may work better than the current setup.

Great Location, Safe, Clean

We loved it! Perfect for two. Our host was wonderful. The bathroom is very small, and the listing makes that clear. It was still perfectly functional for our needs. We were able to do everything we needed in this unit. Small, but perfect. And a full size fridge! Bonus that it has a washer and dryer, we were able to wash all our clothes to return home with! There were many special touches that made our stay great like aloe, towels, a cooler, shampoo, and streaming on the TV. We were able to safely park our rental car in the driveway. Susan made us feel safe and welcome. I would definitely stay here again, and my husband said the same!!!
