We were very disappointed to see the property. We booked because it had bunk beds in the second bedroom, as we have a boy and girl teenager. However, the second room only has one full bed. When I reached out to the owners, they responded only to say that the bunk bed had been damaged and removed, and that there was a twin mattress in one of the closets, suggesting one of my kids use that. The listing also said and had photos of a pullout couch, which also was not there. The owners did not respond as to why it was gone. Lastly, the listing stated the unit included a stove. However, there is only a hot plate and convection oven, which couldn’t be used at the same time. This was all disappointing, to say the least, as we were traveling right after the Christmas holiday. We only received one message back from the owners, with no reasonable assistance with the situation. As I told them, I would not have booked the unit had I known it had so far off from the actual listing.
