Fantastic location, perfect for a family. Beach was quieter than further south where there are more hotels. Really nice pool shared by association that wasn't too busy. Super clean common areas and gas grill. Unit is nice layout.. one bedroom faces courtyard and master shares balcony with living room. Perfect for outdoor dinners. Unit is nicely furnished with basics in kitchen. Cookware is on cheaper side and unit is a little older.

Wonderful location, great management

Everything was better than imagined for our stay. The location couldn’t be better, just a few steps from the beach. The sunsets from the balcony over the ocean were unbeatable. The communication from the property manager company was prompt, courteous and helpful. The apartment’s condition and amenities were perfect for us. We look forward to visiting here again.

Great view of Gulf of Mexico

Our family had a wonderful vacation in this rental which had all the amenities we needed and especially, wonderful view of the Gulf of Mexico! We found fun and relaxation as we shared amazing memories in this hidden gem.

Wonderful Accommodation

The condo was as advertised with a beautiful beach steps away. Perfect for a week long getaway with another couple. Walking distance to our favorite place on the beach The Palm Pavilion. Mona was easy to communicate with and addressed all our questions and concerns. We all agreed we would stay there again😊

It is It is in great shape with comfortable beds and the perfect view off the 5th floor deck. This part of Clearwater Beach has less traffic and a little more laid-back, yet still within walking distance to restaurants and the pier.

Perfect place.

My husband and I had a mini vacation to Clearwater Beach. This property was perfect for the two of us but would have easily accommodated six. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a good time at the beach. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony, close to the pier and beautifully updated. This was the cleanest rental property I have ever booked. Would have given it a 5 if the bed had been more comfortable and the booking process easier. The rental agency manager was a sweetheart and took good care of us. Would love to have the privilege of returning again in the future!

The view from the roomy deck was amazing and the sounds of the waves rolling in were spectacular. Our 3- week stay went by so quickly that, with help from Mona with Beachside Rentals, we reserved it again for next year. Mona was a great help to us from before check in all the way through and even after our stay. We can’t say enough good things about our whole experience.
