Incredibile Beachfront Condo 3BR / 2BA - vista spettacolare

Favoloso 3 camere da letto / 2 bagni di fronte all'oceano condominio si trova su spiagge di sabbia bianca privata sul Golfo del Messico. Condomini Posti letto 8-10. Spettacolare vista sud-ovest dal balcone oversize al quinto piano. Il nostro piccolo complesso offre la solitudine e la privacy di un get-a-way per due o in grado di ospitare una vacanza in famiglia piena di innumerevoli attività sia in loco ea pochi passi dalla struttura.

L'interno è dotato di 1250 piedi quadrati di spazio di vita aperto. Vista sul Golfo del Messico da diverse stanze.

Cucina completamente attrezzata con un mangiare al bar.

La sala da pranzo offre posti a sedere per sei e il soggiorno ha una poltrona reclinabile e un divano componibile queen size. Completare con televisore a schermo piatto e un lettore Blu-ray.

Che vista, Le porte di vetro scorrevoli si aprono completamente per una visuale libera del Golfo del Messico.

Il balcone privato è completo di patio tavolo per quattro, una sedie aliante e confortevole salotto ideale per godersi alcune delle viste più belle che tu abbia mai esperienza.

La camera da letto è arredata con un letto king size, televisore a schermo piatto, cabina armadio e zona spogliatoio privato con specchio e sedia completa con bagno padronale.

La seconda camera comprende un letto matrimoniale e un letto full size tutto. televisore a schermo piatto. Grande cabina armadio e ampio immagazzinaggio comò. La camera da letto è adiacente al bagno degli ospiti.

La terza camera da letto ha un letto full size con televisore a schermo piatto con lettore DVD integrato. Completo di cabina armadio e ampio immagazzinaggio comò.

L'unità dispone anche di una lavanderia in-suite. C'è anche un servizio di telefono, connessione internet wireless ad alta velocità, e 7 giorni alla settimana il personale in loco gestione e manutenzione.

Great stay!

This condo is amazing! Super clean, updated beds and furniture! So many rentals have broken down beds and living room furniture but this place has very nice family seating and mattresses in every room. The owner thought of everything. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you would need, not to mention chairs/ toys/ towels/ canopy for the beach! Bedroom 2 and 3 are a little small but very nicely placed beds for maximum occupancy and where they lack in size, the 2 bathrooms make up for which in our opinion was way more important! Primary bedroom was very large and the seperate makeup area was so nice for the girls getting ready. The balcony was huge, parking was easy and I don’t think we have ever had such easy access to the beach! Very nice stay!

The condominium was beautiful , three bedrooms, two full baths, fully stacked kitchen plus other amenities. To our surprise,it had plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas and coolers . Location doesn’t get any better right on the beach. We felt very safe on this property. Building was secure, pool access was also secured by security gates. Management was also very quick to respond with a minor issue I had with parking. They were great to deal with. I definitely recommend this property.

Great Stay

We loved the condo. It is clean, updated and has one of the best views on the beach. Everything is included with this condo, including all the chairs, towels, beach toys, and umbrellas, We will stay at this place again next time we come to Florida.

Beach work disturbed time on beach, at pool and on patio during daytime hours.

The condo was mostly clean with some sweeties candy pieces in the area rug of the living room. The gulf views were very nice and the location was good. Unfortunately there was work on the breakers (?) in front of the condo building with loud pounding of the breaker pieces And heavy equipment being moved around on the area of the beach beside and behind the breakers. Disturbed the beach and condo areas. Also were informed a few days before our stay that there were 4 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 dishwashing pods, 2 trash bags and 2 laundry pods and that it was a self catering condo so we were responsible for any supplies if the limited supplies ran out. We weren’t happy about that and it was not mentioned at all in the listing info so we did end up buying some supplies since there were 3 of us there for a week. Just disappointed with that.

Fantastic place to stay

My husband and I, along with our daughter and husband and their 2 children (6 and 4) just stayed for a week in this condo, which was clean and had everything we needed to make our week so enjoyable. We loved the size of the balcony along with the location that was just a little north of the main noise and activities of John's Pass - the condo and area were very quiet. Our grandkids loved the pool, which was a perfect temperature and finding a chair to lounge on was never a problem (even though there were many chairs each day that had a towel, most likely to reserve said chair - and that was supposed to not be able to happen, but not sure how that could be enforced). We never had to wait for the elevator. The adults had plenty of room to play cards around the large dining table and having a washer and dryer right in the unit (vs being down the hall) was extremely handy! All in all, this condo and the building itself was very preferable compared to other units that we have rented in Madeira Beach!

Great place and location.

My husband and I stayed here with our three boys and loved it. The condo was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The property was also well maintained with a pool and hot tub. We come down frequently and this has been our favorite condo so far. For us, it was also within walking distance to a lot of shops and a few restaurants. We will definitely be back.

Amenities Galore!

The condo exceeded our expectations! The unit was clean and had every amenity you could ever imagine, plus many more. The owner did not miss anything. This unit is perfect for families! Never felt crowded. The pool area is beautiful and the beach is clean. I have traveled for 30 years and can say this unit was by far the best condo I have ever stayed in. Would highly recommend!!!

This condo is a MUST STAY for families!

We stayed here for a family vacation...my husband and I, our 2 adult kids and their spouse/significant other, and our 19 month old grandson. The condo was perfect in size for all 7 of us, was exactly as described, very clean, had everything you needed and more for adults and infants/toddlers and also for the beach (towels, kids toys, football, cart to bring stuff to the beach, coolers, EVERYTHING!). Loved that there was a pool, hot tub, and that this was right at the beach. We all had a great time. Would definitely stay here again!

The beach

We travel to this area every year for week. This is one of the nicest condo’s for the money we have stayed at. Nice layout, master suite, and fully equipped kitchen. Renter was very responsive to our questions. Great location.

Great place for quiet family vacation

We really enjoyed this property. Everything was clean and as advertised. Our flight arrived after 6pm and we had no problem accessing the property. We are from Minnesota and wondered if we could swim (given our stay was at Christmas and highs were low 70s). While the sea was really brisk, both the heated pool and super hot spa meant we swam every day and could relax by the pool. Apartment was quiet even though lots of others were staying over the period. Everyone was friendly. Lots of restaurants in walking distance (including over the road), and there is a large supermarket (i.e., Publix) one mile away.

Awesome vacation

This rental was spectacular. Much more updated than the unit we rented last year. Beach is beautiful and having a pool/hot tub oceanfront is great. Lots to do. Favorite restaurants Conch Republic, the reef, guppy’s on the beach.

Summer Vacation

Spent 4th of July week here with college age adult children and their significants. Place was very clean, conveniently located, and right on the beach! Seaview 502 had all the things needed for an excellent vacation.

Enjoyable Stay

We had a Great time. Condo had chairs & umbrellas to use at the beach, plus sand toys for the grand kids. Pool was nice with plenty of seating. Condo had everything we needed, well maintained. We will definitely be back!
