Ottimi servizi per gli ospiti come campi da pallavolo sulla sabbia, molo privato per la pesca e la navigazione, un ampio parcheggio gratuito e una facile distanza a piedi o una rapida corsa in tram verso negozi, ristoranti e attività eccellenti.

Il condominio studio fronte mare è elegantemente arredato in tutto, con pavimenti in travertino, ripiani in granito, elettrodomestici top-of-the-line tra cui una lavastoviglie full size e un grande frigorifero, una bella cabina doccia, unità armadio personalizzato, comodo divano e un memory foam Letto queen size in stile Murphy che si ripiega per una zona giorno extra durante il giorno. Nulla è stato trascurato in questo condominio, ed è ora disponibile per le vostre vacanze sulla spiaggia!

Check it was fine as well as parking . Condo needs some TLC. Bathroom - It would take 10 mins to get hot water thru the shower . Would be nice to have more than one roll of toilet paper . Had to go buy a whole pack. Left the rest behind . Coffee maker was very old. 700 filters but no coffee . Maybe a single serve kurig so no one has to buy grounds . Bed mattress and topper is very old. Not a sturdy frame. There were 3 beach chairs in the unit. One was usable the others where destroyed or rusted out. Wasn’t expecting the chairs but remove the old broken ones . View was very nice

You pay for the view

Upon entering the unit, We were greeted with the smell of a wet, musty basement...and it was extremely hot. We immediately opened the doors for a few minutes to let it air out a little and then cranked the air conditioning to get it cool. We bought air fresheners and Lysol- that helped. The view was great, location was good, and the bed was very comfortable, which was a plus. We didn't spend much time in the room. The unit could use a good deep clean; shower door, cabinets inside and out and the chair cushion covers. The lamp shades need switched out- look like previous water damage, dampness and some spots of mold. The TV was somewhat difficult so we kept it on one channel when we watched at night. The unit was more affordable in comparison to others, and it could be really great, but it lacked in some areas and needs a little attention.

Loved the tiki bar!

Loved the condo. Tall chairs would have been nice for a better view of the ocean. We also thought it was strange that there wasn't a toilet paper holder. Not a deal breaker though. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! I also appreciated that they had a fan. I need fan noise to sleep. We also enjoyed the tiki bar everyday. Great location and awesome condo!

Exceptional Stay!

We chose this studio/condo for our 3-night stay on Treasure Island and couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here! The property was clean, looks exactly as pictured/advertised, and came equipped with beach towels, chairs, an umbrella and small cooler! It was just enough space for the two of us, and perfectly located on the beach. We were able to walk to several other spots for drinks/food & groceries, but used the shuttle service (works on tips) for places a little further away like Johns Pass. I was especially pleased with the communication from the hosts, and the way they graciously accommodated our request for an early check-in. We would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the view and the room was great, but we felt it lacked some of the personal touches of some places we've stayed. We always try to leave on time, but when they say check out is 11:00AM someone was at the door opening it at 10:58AM

Not Bad...Not Great

Property is close to beach and decently maintained. Our unit (521) smelled like a hot conch shell and mildew when we entered. There was mold on the ceiling and it covered the shower head. Hot water was hard to come by. There were dirty utensils in the kitchen drawer. The freezer displayed an alarm and did not make ice our entire stay. I will say that our iTrip contact was responsive. They addressed the mold and utensils; even offered us tickets to a local activity/attraction. Responsiveness is great, but proactiveness is preferred. If you list a property, it should fit the description when the guest arrives, not after the guest points out all the problems.

Super !

We loved this stay ! It was my 6yr olds first time seeing the ocean! I dont know what we would have done if we didnt have a pool and the beach with how often we went back and forth ! It was amazing !!! The room looks just like the photos. We loved that there was beach toys, chairs, and a bag ! The pool was so nice ! The tiki bar was a great addition for thw adults!!! And the icecream/snacks there for this kids! ++ affordable! A couple small things that would have made the stay more convenient would be there to be more hooks for all the wet things. Maybe a line in the shower to lay things to dry on would have been helpful. Also the beds headboard was seeming loose ? If you laid your back against it , it would knock on the wall. (We ended up putting a pool noodle behind it ). The location was ok! If it was just adults , walking further would have been ok! But with a young kid we were restricted to only a few places to eat/shops. But 7 eleven is close ! That was perfect ! We took Lyfts some places though. They weere fast and affordable. Overall. We would def go back !!!!

Treasure Island-Treasure Inn

Very nice location and property. There was some mold and mildew in the shower and on the shower head, but not enough to make a major impact. The room was clean and well kept, however there were so many things in the closet area (folding chairs, floats, vacuum, etc) that we were unable to hang up any clothes.

Nice Condo/Gorgeous View/But...

Pros: Location - Perfect. In a quiet location. Beach wasn't ever crowded. Close to Publix and several restaurants (10-15 min walk) Friendly staff - All staff! Helpful and friendly. Comfy bed - we loved it. So comfy! Beach access - within a minute walk. View - Gorgeous!! Things to do - Johns Pass and St Pete beaches within a 5 minute drive. We called Island Hopper (their card info is at the front desk and we highly recommend them) Clean condo and nicely decorated - It was spotless. Kudos to the the cleaning staff! Cons - The shower would not get warm unless we ran the water for at least 5 minutes. No matter what time of the day and even at 4 am, we had to run water for 5 minutes. Kitchen sink was the same. But after we figured it out, it wasn't something we stressed about. The only real complaint was that the room had a VERY musky odor. This was NOT from the unit not being clean. It was spotless. We understand that FL is very humid but we have stayed in many FL condos that never smelled that musky. We tried to air out the condo each day but that never worked. A little musky is one thing but this was almost unbearable to the point of giving us headaches. Also, the end tables on each side of the bed - What in the heck?! The owner or manager needs to open the drawers and smell them. Actually, just standing or sitting by them, you will smell them. AWFUL! Overall, many more pros than cons. Just take care of those smelly issues.

Met our expectations

We liked that everything was so updated and view was perfect. We did not have any problems with the unit. The bed is quite soft. The Tiki bar is next to the heated pool with plenty of seating with bathrooms close by.
