A renovated 4-bedroom, 2-bath Largo home for up to 10, with a heated pool inside a screened lanai. Indian Rocks Beach is about 15 minutes, Clearwater Beach 20 and St. Pete–Clearwater Airport 15.



The living room, kitchen and breakfast bar sit together in a bright, beach-toned space. A large couch faces a wall-mounted smart TV for evenings in. The screened lanai is where the group gathers: a heated pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a grill, all bug-free. Shops, chain stores and groceries are just off the main road nearby, yet the street itself is quiet.

★ Bedroom 1 (primary suite): king bed, ample storage, private ensuite bath with a modern shower and vanity

★ Bedroom 2: queen bed, next to the shared bathroom

2 full baths for up to 10 guests: the primary suite has its own bath, and the other three bedrooms share the second. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided.

GOOD TO KNOW BEFORE YOU BOOK

★ Setting: a quiet residential street in Largo, with shops and groceries just off the main road. Quiet hours are 10 pm–8 am. After 10:00 p.m., please keep voices and noise to a minimum out of respect for our neighbors.

★ Pool heat: $35 per night for the whole stay, added at booking. The electric heater raises the water 15–20°F above the day's low, so a 50°F morning means a pool around 65–70°F. The setting cannot be changed mid-stay.

★ Bathrooms & beds: 2 full baths for up to 10, one of them ensuite to the king suite. A king, a queen, a double, and a room with two doubles.

★ Pets: dogs welcome, up to 3, $150 per pet, disclosed before arrival. Undisclosed pets are charged under the rental agreement.

★ Fees: early check-in or late check-out $50 each when available. Lost & found shipping $100. Cleaning beyond our standard service may be charged.

★ After booking: a short rental agreement and ID check; the booking guest must be 25+. No parties or events, no smoking. Local guests within 50 miles, please message us first.

★ Beach gear: chairs, an umbrella and a cooler are available to rent; message us for pricing.
