Questo condominio al 3 ° piano ha una vista da un milione di dollari dal balcone privato schermato, cucina grande e rinnovata che è completamente attrezzata, lavatrice e asciugatrice in unità, arredamento luminoso e fresco e tutto il resto necessario per una fantastica vacanza al mare! La diga di Arie è un edificio più piccolo e caratteristico che si trova perfettamente su Madeira Beach e questo fantastico condominio è da non perdere !!

Direttamente sul lungomare di Madeira Beach e vicino a tutto è la diga di Arie. Questo complesso condominiale è un edificio più piccolo che ha accesso diretto alla spiaggia, una piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio, privato proiettato in balconi con vista diretta sul Golfo da ciascuno ... è perfetto !! Ci sono diversi ristoranti con intrattenimento dal vivo a pochi passi così come Dunkin Donuts, negozio di generi alimentari Winn-Dixie, minigolf e altro ancora. Troverete John's Pass Village a circa 1 miglio a sud che è pieno di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di cavalcare le montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a soli 45 minuti di auto o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando entro 2 ore. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. We would like to book the place again for the same time next year and extend our stay a couple of days. The table and chairs on the balcony are perfect for coffee in the morning and relaxing in the evening. The beach access was excellent. The views were excellent and ease of getting to the property was easy.

Great condo but no pool access

The condo itself is large and we loved the layout with the guest bed & bath in the back and living room & Master on ocean side. The balcony was wonderful with comfortable and functional furniture. I will say the reviews about the dirty floors are true. You can’t walk barefoot or your feet will turn black immediately. Same is true for balcony floor. Also the kitchen is not stocked with any type of basics other than salt and pepper but there are plenty of dishes and cooking utensils Lastly the pool is still not ready from hurricane damage last year! When I called Resort Rentals about 4 months after the hurricane they said it was being repaired then - this was 2024. Their claim that it is stated on the VRBO listing now is true but why would I go back on VRBO AFTER I booked the rental? One goes on to look for rentals to book. So I feel Resort Rentals should have reached out to those of us booked for 2025 to let us know the pool would still not be ready. They did not. We were unpleasantly surprised to find this out upon checking in. Fortunately we still managed to have a great week in spite of not having pool access. The beach was beautiful and there are tons of great restaurants and things to do nearby.

Madeira Beach 2024

First time renting an apartment and was not disappointed. Fabulous apartment with stunning views of Madeira Beach . Good location and close to St John’s Pass. Excellent !!

Family vacation

This was our 3rd year at Madeira Beach but first stay at Arie Dam. Overall, condo was very nice. It was clean but still a lot of sand on the floor that I had to sweep up with a hand broom. Also balcony floor was filthy. Couldn’t walk on it without shoes. My son’s feet were black. Check in was a breeze. All we had to do was enter the codes. However, on the second day the lock began malfunctioning. We were locked out for over an hour before finally getting in. It took after hours service 1 1/2 hrs to call us back. They said someone would be out first thing in the morning to check it, but he didn’t get there until 12:30. He changed the batteries and left. Didn’t even make sure it was functioning properly, which it wasn’t. I had to call again and they sent someone out. Turns out you have to hold the handle as you enter the code. Definitely needs fixed. Beds were comfortable and there is an incredible view! Location was not our favorite as it’s sandwiched in between a very cheap hotel and public access. Pool was nice but no outdoor grilling area available. Lobby and elevators were nice. We had no trouble waiting ever. Carts were available in lobby to take groceries up which was very nice. Overall, I would stay here again but it would not be my first choice.

Summer family vacation

We had a great stay at this property. The condo was well-stocked and had everything we needed. There was even some beach gear for use that we weren't expecting. I assume previous renters left this stuff behind. I loved the balcony that went the length of the master bedroom and into the living room. We didn't watch much TV but loved that there wasn't a complicated procedure or multiple remotes. The tvs were roku tvs and ready for your own login to streaming services. The condo was very clean and had amazing access to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

Beachfront relaxation

Spent a wonderful week on the gulf, great property, very clean and rental company was strong with their communication. Covered parking was a plus for this unit! Beach was clean and loved the chair rentals that were available. Close to walk or short drive to many bars and restaurants!

A Perfect Getaway Week!!

Condo was great...clean, comfy, perfect for our annual "girls week"....even if we are 70 year olds +..!! Our second year staying at Arie Dam. Love that it's a smaller complex..a lot quieter. Look forward to next year!

Great corner spot on the water!

We LOVED the location & ease of this condo! Great parking! Great amount of space for our 4 adults! Clean & stocked with everything we needed. Loved the location & views from living & bedrooms. The master bed was very comfortable. Terrific, large screened porch & easy beach access. Felt safe & secure. Lots of fun places to eat & hangout within walking distance. Thank you for an easy, hassle free stay!! We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing, Amazing.. AMAZING!!!!!

This was my first big trip with my 1 year old daughter and I could not have asked for a better condo! Every morning she was able to play on the screened in lanai and I felt very safe with her out there! The condo itself is stunning! Every room and detail is exactly as pictured but in person it is so much more! The condo is so spacious and had so many accommodations! Not pictured was the beach umbrella, many beach chairs and toys! This was an amazing surprise and helped us so much not having to travel with beach equipment! The couple "hiccups" I can say is the technology but nothing crazy. We received a text for our room code and upon arrival it was the wrong code. I called resort rental and someone answered after the first ring and got us the right code right away. The second time our code padlock died and within 20 minutes someone was there to fix it! The last hesitation I had was with the pool location. The neighboring condos patrons were very heavy smokers otherwise great place !

Amazing Beach Condo

We loved every second of our stay at your Beach condo. Thank you so much for sharing it with us! We loved everything about the layout, cleanliness and upkeep you put so much pride in! The screened in balcony was so amazing! We enjoyed it at all hours of the day, for coffee & meals & evening games with our kids! The beach and views were so beautiful also! Your online photos really did speak to how amazing this condo is. Thank you again, we will definitely be back!

Great location. Beautiful views of the gulf. Wish there was an outdoor grill available. While having a keypad code to get into the condo you still need to carry a key to get to pool and gain Beach access and re-entry which I found bothersome especially having older teens .

Perfect beach getaway

This condo was the perfect landing pad for our family’s amazing beach vacation. The unit was spotless and equipped with everything we could need — from kitchen supplies to board games to beach chairs and toys. We had a very, very minor hiccup when the battery died on the digital keypad required to enter the unit, and the property manager was extraordinary helpful and had someone over almost instantaneously. The pool is well maintained, the beach in front of the Arie Dam is flawless, the sunsets are stunning — from the balcony or the beach. You can’t go wrong with this rental.

Great stay

Perfect place for our stay. Right on the beach, gulf front screened balcony, lots of restaurants in walking distance. Could have used a better equipped kitchen such as spices, salt and pepper etc. Also would have preferred beach towels instead of packing them or going to buy them. Would come back again!

Beautiful condo & views!

The condo was very nice and extremely clean. Spacious tile showers were so refreshing. Beds were comfortable and clean. We saw dolphins multiple days while just relaxing and enjoying the views. The area was calm and mostly quiet. We would gladly rent this place again.
