Per la tua migliore vacanza, benvenuto nel nostro appartamento recentemente ristrutturato e arredato con gusto per una vacanza rilassante!
Famiglia con bambini, giovani pensionati (uccelli delle nevi) o solo coppie che vogliono trascorrere momenti romantici, tutti sono i benvenuti.
Goditi la tua vacanza rilassandoti in una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale, un'incredibile vista sulla piscina e una grande cabina armadio. Only problem we had was getting into the parking area, (gated) and finding the condo. Next time I will make sure the info is emailed through the owner rather than depend on Vrbo to email us the info, which I did not receive.With that said, the place was very nice, and I would not hesitate to stay there again.It was a nice that the owner supplied beach chairs and a mini cooler. One thing that would set it over the top is a folding beach cart to make it easier to bring stuff to the beach, but no big deal. The owner was very helpful when we had some problems with the gate code and unlocking the door remotely when we forgot to return our key. They were very responsive, and we never had to wait for them to respond.Overall a great experience once we got settled in the areaDavid

We went down to Clearwater for 20 days to get away from the New England winter and visit with our son who lives in Tampa. This condo looked beautiful and had a heated pool so sounded perfect. We enjoyed our stay very much. Any issues Elena helped immediately even with a booking mistake on my part she was able to help us with. We would definitely stay here again.Thank you again Elena.

Beautiful, very clean, comfortable and well appointed unit. We have stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one would be at the top of our list. Owners were very responsive and friendly. They certainly have created the ideal vacation rental.

Condo was exactly as pictured. Was clean and everything went just as it should. Condo is in a great location for quick access to beaches, Clearwater, and Tampa. The Avalon complex is very nice and well maintained. Pool is fabulous. Heater was out the week we were there but, while not a direct result of the recent hurricane, it not being fixed quickly was understandable given the amount of damage the area sustained. There were a lot of pools in the area that were damaged. Would not hesitate to stay in this condo again. Would suggest two fixes but neither of these are significant issues that would keep us from renting again. 1) dryer timer doesn't work. Won't shutoff in either auto or timed modes. First load ran through on auto ran for hours. Tried the timed dry function but that didn't work either. Made sure we checked after 1 hour and timer hadn't moved. 2) Deck blinds are missing 1/2 of the blades. Not likely that someone can see in, but it would be nice to have privacy of complete set of blinds.

Another great stay at the complex. This is our 4th year in a row and it did not disappoint. This unit was in a great location steps to the pool, parking lot and gym. Close to shopping, restaurants and short drive to the beach. Will be booking again for next year :)

This condo was as advertised!! The accommodations were definitely at the 5 star level and the owners were very response to our needs! If you are looking to visit Clearwater, this condo in the Avalon complex is the place to stay! Thank you Elena and Erwin for helping to make our 9 day stay memorable!

The condo was exactly as described but with all the extras. Because of some health issues we prepare almost all of our meals here and it had everything we needed and more. The pool area was beautiful and also nearby. The Clearwater area is near everything and Publix was literally across the street. I loved that the entrance to the complex had a traffic light with a left turn arrow. The beach was about a 15 minute drive.

A clean and very comfortable condo in the middle of all the hot spots. Tampa, St Petersburg, Clearwater. Too many beaches to count and condo had all the beach items needed, chairs, floats. Really close to property pool. Clean, saltwater heated pool. Beautiful! Owners were great communicators, great instructions how to enter, where to park, how to get into condo. Comfortable bed, pillows, couches, blankets, beach towels...we needed nothing. Thanks for a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

Frequently travel to Florida. I have rented many properties but this property was by far the best I have ever stayed in. Clean, decorated exquisitely, but most of all they provide everything you need. There was not one thing needed. Pillows, blankets, kitchen items, beach supplies, everything I reached for was readily available even items I did not expect to need was already thought of by the owners. Elena and Erwin can’t express in words what a great job you both have done. The condo grounds were clean, beautiful, and easily accessible. The pool outstanding ! I am an older traveler and usually look for elevator availability this does not have one but the stairs to the second floor were not steep and I handled them well. We will definitely be back.
