Questo bellissimo appartamento con una camera da letto vi sedurrà con la sua posizione perfetta dove la grande terrazza si affaccia sulla splendida piscina riscaldata. I 730 piedi quadrati sono molto ben divisi in uno spazio aperto che include l'aria soggiorno / sala da pranzo / cucina, completamente rinnovato con moquette nuova, mobili e una grande camera da letto con un letto king size con accesso diretto al bagno e al grande armadio a piedi.

Troverai 2 televisori a schermo piatto, uno nella camera da letto e uno nel soggiorno e un divano letto completamente estensibile per una sistemazione confortevole per un massimo di 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Tutto ciò di cui hai bisogno è incluso: internet ad alta velocità, chiamate illimitate negli Stati Uniti e in Canada, lenzuola, cuscini e coperte, asciugamani da bagno, ferro e asse da stiro, asciugacapelli, lavastoviglie, piano cottura, forno a microonde, macchina per il caffè, stoviglie e posate, pentole e padelle, sedie a sdraio, refrigeratore e ombrellone, ecc. Troverai anche una lavatrice e asciugatrice "in unità".

L'appartamento è molto luminoso, ha una buona luce naturale durante il giorno. Si trova a 5 minuti di auto dalla famosa spiaggia di Clearwater. È a pochi minuti (a piedi) da Publix, Dollar Store, Spa e nail e ristoranti.

The condo had everything you'd expect. We especially liked the balcony overlooking the pool, where we could enjoy breakfast in the sun. We also liked the renovated bathroom. Communication with the owner was very good. We would be happy to return in the years to come.

If I knew that we had to climb 38 steps I wouldn’t have rented this unit. We are in our mid to upper seventies, with luggages very difficult. Locating the unit at night wasn’t easy. I wish the owner would update the pictures posted online and invest on a better futon in the living room. If you asked me I wouldn’t come back sorry to say!

Very nice facilities and unit. A few more handicapped parking spaces would help, close to sidewalk entries. Not trying to create parking problems for long term renters. Walking is free exercise, that is a problem for some. If multi-floor facilities don’t have elevators, make that plain to all. Also, lots of us can’t use tubs. Make sure this fact is clear to all. On bathroom icons, use a tub drawing, a tub including a shower icon and if a step-in shower is available,(NO TUB), use a shower stall icon. MAKE EVERYTHING CLEAR AND HONEST. If you become a senior citizen some day you’ll understand. Check the pictures of bathrooms. Notice how they hide tub facilities with a shower curtain. Why ? Lots of people can’t or don’t want to use them. Check out the large Hotel/Motel Corporations that are now building facilities where rooms have step-in or Roll-in showers, NO TUBS in any rooms. Under survey, include a 55 group or 65 group. Thank You.

We are FL residents who were displaced from Hurricane Helene. We booked a week here, but after the first night, realized it wasn’t safe with Cat 4 Milton on the way (sliding door didn’t lock, TV only showed Canadian channels, etc.). The owner refused to refund the rest of the week & VRBO have been useless in helping to facilitate a refund. We do not recommend this property or VRBO.

The location and property was great. The only issue was the cleanliness of the unit. The bed was left with the dirty sheets from the prior guest as we found 2 pacifiers near headboard. The restroom was also unclean as the floor and counters had hair. still had

We loved this condo!! The bed was comfortable. 2 large screen TV’s. The kitchen had everything we needed. The pool was always warm. The location was ideal, close enough to the beach and several golf courses.

Loved our quiet accommodations on the third floor overlooking the pool. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Vlad was very quick to respond with any questions we had. The complex is very close to the beach, trails, golf and pickleball. Beals Outlet is right across the street as well as Publix. Abe's restaurant is next door as well. Will definitely be returning next year.

From first contact thru our entire stay everything was just as we hoped for. The facing the sun condo had everything we might need for our stay. The unit was bright and comfortable. If I were to offer any suggestions, it would be to give instructions on how the tv's work and which remote does what. The bedroom took a week to figure out. Our host Vlad took care of everything he had control over. We were very satisfied.

The property was very clean and well maintained. There were beach items (cooler, umbrella, chairs) which were great to have. The bed was comfortable and the pool was well cared for. Parking was easy and secure. The communication with the host was top notch and he was very responsive which was very appreciated. I would definitely rent here again in the future!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary by staying at this condo in Clearwater. It was perfect for us. Five minutes from the beach. Clean and quiet. Have us the ability to make a few of our own special dinners. Great pool time in th evenings. Beautiful balcony with view of the pool. Gated, so we felt pretty safe. Vlad was a super host as well. He answered our questions rapidly and was very kind to us. We highly recommend this condo in Clearwater.
