We really loved the property. It felt like it should have, Florida. ☺️ My husband is tall so it was alittle small for him but he enjoyed it as well. The house has everything you need. It’s clean, it’s comfortable, very quiet and very close to John’s Pass Boardwalk which was a fun place to explore. We do recommend staying there. Btw, the host was wonderful and patient with me. 😆 The host was also pretty quick to respond. Give it a go, I believe you’ll enjoy it. Cheers! 🥂

It’s was a perfect stay for my partner and I. The patio area felt private and relaxing. The area was quiet, but very convenient to walk anywhere we needed. We very much recommend this place.

Cute lil studio . Back view was beautiful with a great view of the Marina. Close to all of the restaurants and shops at John's Pass! Will book again in the future.

We went to St. Pete for a quick weekend getaway for a wedding. This was perfect for our family of 4. The host was very communicative when we had questions. The property was clean. My kids loved being steps away from a dock, John's Pass Boardwalk and the beach. Check in and out was super easy. We will definitely try to use this again in the future for family getaways.

Love the location of this cute little home. It was nice to wake up to the boats and such a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping.The decor was cute and the bed was pretty comfy. The only suggestion I would make is get a new showerhead.

Stayed 3 nights with one adult and two children. Overall the stay was okay. The location is within walking distance to John’s Pass, shops, activities, and the beach area which is a plus. Nice view of the docks and boats. There were a few minor flaws that were mentioned to the host such as the air bed deflating, semi- transparent curtain at the front door, loose screws on chairs, and a few bugs that were noted during our stay. The host was very attentive and responsive to our questions and provided assistance when needed. The location is a small studio with one bed, small sofa set, plus an air mattress. Ideally, the studio accommodates two people for a very short 1-3 day stay.

Absolutely loved this little cottage. Right on the water and super close to everything on John’s Pass. Will be coming back.

There's nothing wrong with my review. It does not "...contain promotional content that would promote other websites, businesses, services or products unaffiliated with this website." If you don't let me post my review, I'll contact VRBO again and complain. The host had said they'd provide check in instructions the morning of check in. I did not receive them, but followed up. I ended up having to call VRBO directly to ask about check in instructions AFTER check in time (4pm). They got ahold of the host and then the host finally sent me the check in instructions. The property was okay. The bathroom could use a remodel. I was disappointed about having to worry so much about whether I was going to be able to check in or not.

Great affordable place in the middle of the Johns Pass action

This place was a perfect location for going deep sea fishing at Johns Pass with a parking spot to not have to worry about that. Very peaceful setting with a patio right out back to the intercostal! Close to the mix and far enough away to enjoy the quiet!

Great place. We'll stay there again. The code for the door was sent to us before we got there. The room was just what we expected the pictures were spot on. The room was clean and there was salt and pepper, popcorn and other staple style things in the cupboards. The stand alone building was right on the dock. The sliding glass door opened right up to a 8 foot concrete dock. The boats were right there. We say a pod of four Dolphins about twice a day. There were mullet and sheephead fish in the water that was fun to watch. The birds were everywhere. The room is a studio apartment and is furnished with a queen size bed, a love seat and a easy chair. House cleaning and maintenance were great. We got whatever we asked for. not sure the room could have been better.
