The whole reading we booked with them was for the heated pool which was part of the description. The pool was closed the whole time.

great place for a small group

Myself and 4 other girls stayed here it was very clean and felt safe. Would recommend for small groups it was crammed with 5 of us but overall had a great experience!

Simple and Sweet

This is a little gem in a perfect location! It was clean and looked nicer than many of the other hotels/motels in the area. The walk to the beach was literally just a couple of minutes, and John’s Pass was a short trolley ride away with tons of restaurants, shopping and things to do. We rented a car because we thought we’d need it, but we only used it to get to and from the airport (wasted of money since it really wasn’t necessary). The staff here was friendly and accommodating, and we look forward to coming back again in the future!

Exactly what it looks like!

Super cleanly and the owners were super friendly. What you see is what you get on the listing and the place is very well kept. Right across the street from the beach (walk past the hotels located on the beach) and the trolley is great too.

Anniversary Weekend Getaway

We live close by in Palm Harbor and wanted a nice staycation for our anniversary weekend and this place was perfect. Everything we needed and close to the beach. The unit was clean and really well done. Would highly recommend and we will be repeat customers for sure!

Getaway Gem!

I stayed for a long weekend with a friend. The room allowed plenty of space for the 2 of us. It was clean and beds were comfortable. The pool was beautiful and we met alot of friendly ppl during our stay there.. The location is perfect with shops and restaurants in walking distance. No need to rent a car. The beach was across the street and not crowded. We will definitely be back to this little oasis.

So impressed with how cute and clean this boutique was! Perfect location for a beach trip. Beach access right across the street with the perfect calm not too busy beach atmosphere. I loved everything about this boutique retreat, from the outside shower, to the pool, to the grill, to the sunburn station. Definitely would recommend and will be back!

Perfect Beach Retreat!

My buddies and I came for the first time to Treasure Island and we couldn't have asked for a better time or place! Room was clean and matched the vibe of the beach. Less than a five minute walk from the beach, plus if you don't want to get all sandy you can go right to the pool outside your room! My friends and I had such a great time and we'd love to come back again soon:)

A good place for a getaway

A cute and affordable place to stay with a sparkling saltwater pool and exceptional staff. The location of BBR can't be beat - takes just a short walk across the street to the gorgeous beach of Treasure Island! There is a table and chairs right outside each room that face the pool area. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony in the morning with coffee from Circle K (right next door - VERY convenient!). Parking is limited and there is a curb that causes some scraping of the underside of a sedan vehicle. I thought the queen beds were on the smaller side and they weren't super comfortable. They seem to be new and on a frame (no boxspring). The bedding was clean and there were enough pillows to go around. There is very little storage (for luggage and toiletries) which caused some inconvenience but not a deal breaker. The unit we stayed in had a kitchen with a small stove, microwave, a fridge, a Keurig, and a high top side table with 2 stools. There were dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. for use by the guests. It would be nice to be able to open the windows to get the ever-present breeze into the unit. However, there was a powerful ceiling fan that provided circulation of air. My family enjoyed our stay. We had fun in the pool and making friends with the other guests. We will likely be back again!

Great family vacation!

Great hidden gem on Treasure Island! Super quiet and private with a warm pool and outdoor grilling area! Room was clean, updated, and worked well for our family. We enjoyed being able to walk right across the street to miles of white sandy beach! Katie was AWESOME to work with and was on site daily asking if she could get us anything. We will come again!

This was a last minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier..! Location, communication and the room itself was perfect. Very private, clean and cozy. Wife and I loved it!

Amazing getaway

This place was exactly as advertised! We cooked breakfast every morning, then went down to the pool. The pool was heated and was a great way to relax. Kate and Brent were great! The location was great, right across the street from the beach. We will visit again!

Family vacation for 4-plenty of room.

Plenty of room for our family of four. Full kitchen. Pretty pool, short walk to beach, ice cream stand across street (important for vacation). We were able to walk to many touristy areas within minutes. There is a beach trolley that takes you up and down the area to the different beaches if walking is not your thing. The hosts gave us several recommendations, and I loved how they had QR codes that told you information.

Excellent location! Nice property! On site personal was extremely nice, helpful & friendly! Check in/info has a great link to info, however.... you MUST read through the entire thing to get all relevant info for this property. There is needed info you will skip over by just trying to "get the facts". 😜 Overall, I would not hesitate to book again.

Great location!

My mother sister and I stayed at this property for our annual trip we have been taking for the last 21 years! This was def one of our favorite stays. The property is smaller but in a perfect location. You can enjoy the heated pool, right next door is a circle k for conveniences, across the street is a shake shack and the ocean! About two miles down is John pass and 1.7 miles is caddys on the beach! Prime location, nice anmenities and friendly people.
