Great Stay

Great location. Great price. A little high on the cleaning fee considering you have to do most of the cleaning but overall very nice place to stay. Loved the pool!

The location is super, right in the middle of town, the beach is right across the street... VERY nice!,... Activity attractions very nearby, shopping and restaurants are close. Not clean, not coming back

Only picked this place because they had a pool and pics online looked nice. The pool is heated and not shaded at all. Our room was not sanitary clean. Sticky carpets, food remnants on bedspread,icemaker didnt work,had trouble with tv, but was able to track down a worker that was cleaning the pool, just didnt have that clean feel that a hotel room should have. Not a great stay for what we paid, there are better places on the beach for sure.

Great Place!

We really enjoyed our long Memorial Day weekend getaway! We were able to fly down to Florida and not have to worry about packing beach chairs, noodles, floats etc. And being within walking distance of the beach access was perfect!

Great location!

The location is awesome- an easy 15-20 minute walk to John’s Pass and a bunch of restaurants in the other direction. There is public beach access right across the street and there are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas that you can borrow. Overall great place, only downside is the late checkin and early checkout times since there are no publicly available bathrooms on the property.

Wonderful Stay

I am so glad we booked here. The location was great, well decorated and the housekeeping staff was so very kind and thoughtful, treated me and my kids like family. We arrived on Easter and Jenni made an Easter basket for my kids and had the door decorated so nicely, thank you! There’s a milkshake stand across the street, my girls and I would hit on our way to the beach. While we explored a few beaches in the area, my kids liked the beach across the street best. The site was so convenient. There’s a convenience store across the street, grills and laundry on site, parking super convenient as well. The pool was amazing, we had so much fun swimming in it together or sometimes I would just read a book on the balcony and watch the kids have a great time in the pool. We had tons of stuff to do, we visited the Sugar and Sand festival in Clearwater, where we hit up food trucks, explored the shops, and swam with dolphins in the horizon. There was John’s Pass, tons of shops and restaurants within 0.8 miles away, we visited there a bit. We also visited a friend in nearby DunedIn and checked out and went hiking in a local state park. There’s a cool paved trail on the beach across the street that I loved, kinda wished we brought our roller skates! On a rainy day we explored downtown St Pete, (super-artsy and boho, loved it) and the visited the Salvador Dali museum. We noticed another art museum nearby. Anyway, the location, decor, convenience, cleanliness and staff at this stay was amazing, it was perfect for us, and I highly recommend.

Very nice!

Our room was clean and exactly as pics presented and description read. Our beds were comfortable and the wholePlace is very cozy. It gave me 70’s hotel vibes! The only issue we had was parking. There is one parking spot allotted per room and three of those spots are on the street. We’d def stay here again!

Location was perfect!

We loved our stay. Staff was friendly, room was clean, the pool was awesome! We loved the ability to walk everywhere. The dolphins at crabby on the pass were super fun, and a quick stroll from our room. Super easy beach access. The place was wonderful!

perfect vacation location

The condo is cute and clean. It is very sufficient, it has everything you need. Supplies and towels for beach.The kitchen cupboards are stocked with plates, pans, etc. Very short walk across the street to the beach, which is beautiful. Pool very clean. Convenience store right next door and an ice cream shop across the street. There is a trolley that will take you all the way to St. Pete or Clearwater.. St John pass probably a mile away. Dunkin donuts 1/2 mile away. Communication with host excellent as well as office staff. We had a fantastic stay, I highly recommend this place.
