Welcome to the the Beach Paradise home by Clearwater Beach Vacation homes BTR #1763

Beach Paradise is a beautiful vacation home located just steps from the beach. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 modern bathrooms, offering a perfect setting for a relaxing and enjoyable seaside escape.

-Guest must be 18+ to book
-Guests will have full access to the home
- 4 bed, 3 bath
- Sleeps up to 10 adults.
-Keyless entry
-2 min walk to 10th Ave Park
-5 min walk to 10th Ave beach entrance
-7 min walk to Groupers on the Gulf

-Master Bedroom: 2 Kings bath
-Second Bedroom: queen, bath
-Third Bedroom: King
-Fourth Bedroom: 2 Twins

Need to Know

-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a camera NE facing the driveway and another on the SW corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet
-Down payments are either $1000 or 10% of your total (whatever is greater-than)

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Please be advised: Due to our property management account with VRBO, we collect the remaining balance if you are outside the 60-day window after your check-in date and after your down payment has been made. Payment can be made via PayPal with a 4% convenience fee, Zelle with no fee, Venmo with no fee if sent as friends and family, check with no fee, or credit card with a 4% convenience fee. (only for the balance and not the initial down payment)

House overall nice however pictures make it look bigger than it is. Pool area could use some tlc and landscaping needs cleaned up. Tiles missing in the hot tub area that really isn’t a hot tub. We had an issue with some water but the mgmt was super fast to respond and end up putting us in another house which was FANTASTIC AND BEAUTIFUL. Very clean when we arrived, well maintained and the mgmt very quickly to answer any question. Hope I can review and rate the other house as I would give it more than 5 fives at the other location and will return next year for sure to the second house we stayed in

Perfect for us

Check in went very smoothly. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The photos do make the place look bigger, however it accommodated our family perfectly. The kids loved the pool (we all did) and arcade game. Overall was a great place, great experience and will rent from them again.

Family of 11 stayed a week and had a blast. The house was closer to the beach than we expected and we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants for lunch. The kids loved the pool. Would love to stay there again

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at IRB. The house was perfect for our family that ranged in age from 3 months to 70! Golf cart rental is a must, although the home is close to the beach it was a little too far to carry all of our beach supplies. The house is as pictured. Not too fancy that I had to be on edge but cozy enough we could relax and enjoy it. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Everything is close and could walk to multiple restaurants. Great location.

So. Much. Space.

I was really excited to rent a place big enough for a multi family get together. I was so impressed with how well the space worked for our group. The online descriptions can't describe how much extra space the house has. We put all the older kids upstairs. 2 sets of parents, a grandparent and younger kids all slept down stairs. The two living areas downstairs combined with the extra space upstairs really gave us the room to spread out when we wanted to but still have plenty of time together. We were able to squeeze everyone at the inside table for meals and card games The outside table was great for social time while people swam or tanned. The management was super easy to work with and I absolutely loved this property.

Location, location, location and Pool*

House was an easy 5 minute walk to the Indian Rocks Beach. The IRB beach was not crowded and the water was clear - just perfect for our kids ages 3-7. The house is showing its age a bit - but fit the bill for a group of 8, including 3 active little ones - who practically lived in the very nice pool. Finally, Alan was a very responsive host and accommodated a few additional requests. Thanks Alan.

Florida Family Vacation

Overall, our adult family enjoyed their time at this vacation home, especially the pool and outdoor space. The house, in general, was a little smaller than the pictures but still accommodated all 7 of us. The house can use a deep cleaning and some upgrading to improve its condition and star rating.

Great location and for a group

The pictures of the property were a very accurate representation of it. The kitchen had every thing we needed. Location was great. Alan was wonderful with communication and easy to work with. We had a great time. I like that there were several areas for groups of people to hang out and a large kitchen table so our large group could all eat together.

Saddened and surprised

1st red flag "please dont leave a bad review, contact us through this email" They knew. Here is my list..... take it or leave it. 1. Pool heater doesn't work properly 2. Pool was DISGUSTING and in need of major repair. 3. Mosquito breeding home disquised as qn unworking fountain. 4. Mold EVERYWHERE in house. On couches bathroom and kitchen areas 5. Very sharp tiles broken in bathroom. I cut my hand trying to get in the tub 6. The access to under the tube was taped with scotch tape and kept falling off. 7. The fixtures all throughout the house are old moldy and rusted. Needs to be replaced. Very unhealthy. 8. Check out is at 11, cleaning people showed up at 10 9. You can see the mold qnd water damage on the outside of the house as well. It needs lots of love I can go on but you get the idea. And what concerns me the most...... that they clearly didnt want me to leave a review here to let everyone know. That alone should be enough to warn you. I have many pictures to back up every one of these issues. And more.

Close to the beach!!!

Loved the two sitting areas- The pool was nice- the sitting area- we thought was a hot tub- the owner responded quickly to our questions and stated it was just a sitting area. The walk to the beach is close- about 5 mins. Several items in the garage that could be used on the beach. Very central location to several restaurants and local places to check out. Beds were comfortable. Easy entry to the home. Took a little time to figure out light switches but we figured them out. Overall a nice little home that accommodated 11 of us for the few nights we were there. Owner is very responsive and really nice! We had 3 cars- all fit on the driveway! Good vacation!

The pool and proximity to the beach makes up for the shortcomings of the house.

Let me start by saying I emailed and sent pictures of house to property manager. I, along with my family of fifteen spent a week at this property and the pool and proximity to the beach was the only thing positive of our stay. The rental house itself needs a lot of work which the property manager said would be carried out in the near future and needs cleaning inside and out. Until the issues are resolved I would not rent again or recommend it to others.

Nice house, good location

The house was about a 1/4 mile from the beach, east walk down the road and right to the beach access. There is a playground and entrance to the nature park very close which was nice. The house was nice and so was the pool. The flooring in the house is bubbling but they are putting in new floors at some point but that by no means ruined our stay! There is a pond by the pool that was broke so there was standing water but I’m sure once that’s fixed that’ll be a pretty addition to the outside. Alan was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay! Would definitely recommend. 4.5 ⭐️

Memorial day vacation/ 50th birthday celebration

The property was perfect size for the 2 family group we brought, plenty of space. The pool was excellent size and perfect to relax in. The 3 bathrooms was definitely a great perk. Overall, 5 stars. The property manager Alan was very on point with everything to do with stay. We will definitely stay at this property again in the coming years.

Just pick a different house

I do not get how this house or Allen has any good reviews. This was my child's high school spring break. As a mother of a large family this was my 9th VRBO rental ive used over the past 17 years, and by far my WORST experience ever. that includes the bed bugs we had in grand canyon. Five months before trip Allen asked if I wanted a six man golf cart, I said yes. when there was a $661 charge to my card I figured this was for the golf cart. When we arrived Allen said I didn't want the cart. I showed him the text from 5 months ago, he just kept blaming me and said the $661 was an extra VRBO charge. He offered to bring a four seater in two days. when he arrived with the cart he said the boys cant drive it and he got really anger saying that it was in the contract i signed, but i never got or signed anything yet. He maintained I did, but after scrolling on his phone for a while looking for the allusive contract he said couldn't retrieve the email because he was using his phone, he left with the golf cart. He later returned with a $50 gift card to local ice cream shop, at $11 a cone and 12 guests, thanks. He was trying to apologize but he continued to be an aggressor and blame everyone else and me. I cant imagine how he ever does this job successfully! The house is run down & not well maintained. Back and front yard is very unkept, garbage in the bushes, neighbors hate that this house is a rental. kitchen floor is trashed, a kid cut his foot on the more than inch lift in the floor. oven doesn't cook accurate, not that there is NEARLY enough cooking supplies. No large pots or pans. two tiny cookie sheets, thank god i had my swiss, can opener didn't work. There was two tupperware only one with a lid. Trying to feed 11 teenage boys under these conditions made the point of having a house and not a hotel on the beach completely moot. no kitchen wash rags & ONE towel. Outdoor shower looks like something from a horror movie, it should be an embarrassment to even list this as an asset.! The mattresses are completely broke down, the sags can be seen before you have the unfortunate destiny of sleeping on them. In every other rental nonperishables like laundry soap, tin foil etc., that didn't get used, get left for the next renter. Someone clearly takes EVERYTHING. Yes I know, that none of that stuff is supplied. From my experience most of us like to pay it forward to fellow travelers , not supply Allen's personal residence. Skatepark way overrate

Property was as expected. Plenty of room for everyone. Very nice place. The pool was very nice but didn't circulate properly. The pool pump has bad bearings and was annoyingly loud for our stay. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay.
