    Il Sunset Chateau si trova sulla famosa Sunset Beach a Treasure Island. Questo edificio direttamente sulla spiaggia offre un'ampia vista sul Golfo del Messico da ogni condominio qui. La struttura dispone di una piccola piscina in loco, tuttavia non sono disponibili sedie a sdraio. Griglie e tavoli a carbone si trovano proprio accanto alla spiaggia in questa struttura, rendendo una griglia sulla spiaggia un'opzione divertente per la tua visita qui !! L'accesso diretto alla spiaggia di uno dei tratti di spiaggia più belli di Treasure Island ti consente di camminare per chilometri direttamente dal tuo condominio. Caddy’s On The Beach e Ka Tiki sono 2 ristoranti bar sulla spiaggia che sono ca. ½ miglio a piedi dalla spiaggia; entrambi forniscono bevande fredde, musica dal vivo e cibo. Ci sono molti altri ristoranti, negozi e negozi di alimentari a breve distanza. Circa 3 miglia a nord si trova il John's Pass Village sulla spiaggia di Madeira, piena di negozi, ristoranti, attività acquatiche e intrattenimento per tutti. Hai voglia di andare sulle montagne russe mentre sei in città? Busch Gardens a Tampa è a solo un'ora di auto o colpire i parchi Disney e tutte le altre attrazioni di Orlando in sole 2 ore. The unit was very dated and the decor was less than desirable. I would not stay in the unit again

Location and beach were outstanding. The unit was dated and the decor was very eclectic. Looked like random purchases from a thrift store. Kitchen was not properly equipped. Sheets were like burlap. We had to go buy our own at Walmart. Overall, disappointing stay.

One bedroom condo

As being a new comer to your condo renting from VRBO we found it very difficult to access your building if it wasn’t for your cleaning staff, we would’ve been lost. Seeing as it it was a Sunday as we arrived. Nobody was on staff to answer our phone call. Prior to our stay. We did not receive any email. On how to receive our keys or access into our condo. Although once we found our place and understood how it works, it was lovely.

The room was clean. Described exactly as the description stated. The only complaint o have is that the pool area doesn’t have lounge seating so you can sunbathe.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was adequate and fit our needs. Not many dishes but we ate out most everyday anyway. No dishwasher so I would have thought they would have left some dish soap. I loved how close it was to the beach. There are two elevators but only one was working and we were stuck in that one for about 20 minutes at one point. I did not like the shared balcony but we were fortunate to have good neighbors. We never used the pool since the ocean was very warm but the pool looked clean and well kept. Shell seeking was good as this area was less populated than the beaches to the north. Caddys on the beach was a short walk and had good food. Shopping in johns pass was fun. Many good restaurants to choose from.

A Week in Paradise!

The view from the bedroom is over Boca Ciega Bay toward South Pasadena and the living area faces the Gulf of Mexico. Great for sunrise and sunsets. Of course, it also has the wonderful beach sands of Sunset Beach for a mile in either direction.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo needs to be updated. Maintenance team did an outstanding job fixing several issues. Owner purchased a new king bed which is to big for the small bedroom. Condo was not clean along with some dishes. Bowl was cracked accross the bottom and was taped. Wall plugs were loose, disposal had a broken blade flying around when turned on. Owner had items stored in closet that took up space for my items. Screen door had paper stuffed in cracks around frame. CD player was broke. Maintenance fixed everything I reported. I don't recommend staying in this Condo 506 Sunset Chateau.

Disappointed with lack of accommodation for more than one person.

Hideabed was broken and had not been fixed or replaced. My sister came to spend a few days with me and had to share the only bed with me. The solution was a blowup bed which was totally unacceptable. Both of us are in our 70’s and sleeping on the floor was not an option! I have requested some type of adjustment on the amount I paid for a condo that advertised as sleeping four people.
