Beachfront SeaBreeze Condo # 102 - Installazione per famiglie

Questo bellissimo condominio fronte mare si trova direttamente sulla spiaggia, con vista sull'oceano. La vista offre tramonti incredibili. Non c'è posto migliore per sorseggiare un drink di notte o un caffè al mattino. La sua posizione perfetta ti colloca sulla sabbia bianca della costa del Golfo della Florida. In meno di un minuto, puoi lasciare il condominio e mettere i piedi sulla sabbia calda. Il nostro condominio con due camere da letto e due bagni è situato direttamente sulla spiaggia di Madeira, a pochi passi dal famoso John's Pass e da molti altri ristoranti e bar. Goditi le rilassanti onde dell'oceano o scendi in strada e partecipa a negozi e ristoranti.

Questo è il posto perfetto per prendere una famiglia. Vogliamo che le giovani famiglie si divertano, quindi il condominio è allestito con un pacchetto n 'play, seggiolone, passeggino ombrello, utensili per bambini e stoviglie. Inoltre abbiamo DVD e giochi per bambini. Salva lo sforzo di trasportare TUTTO con te, ti abbiamo coperto!

Situato a soli 36 minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale di Tampa, o 26 minuti da Clearwater / St. Aeroporto di Pete, ci si può rilassare sulla spiaggia o in piscina e vasca idromassaggio entro e un'ora dall'atterraggio. Dirigiti a soli 30 minuti a nord per visitare Clearwater's Pier 60 o Clearwater Marine Aquarium per visitare Hope and Winter! Bush Gardens è a soli 45 minuti di distanza. An amazing location. The condo needs to be updated. The furniture was old and I could not use any of the drawers or dressers in the second bedroom. They smelled horrible and musty. They need to be replaced. We had to replace the air-conditioning filter, ourselves. It was very dirty and I don’t know how long it had not been changed. I appreciated the icemaker and the location of the condo. It was very convenient.Our overall stay was very good and the owner kept in touch with us. Just a little disappointed on the interior of the condo. It needs a little facelift.

Fantastic property! This condo is big with lots of room, plenty of seating in the LR, amazing view from the deck - including the sunset! As the listing says, it is literally steps to the beach. It’s an easy walk to John’s Pass and in a great and quiet area! We felt very safe walking around day and night (girls only trip). All pictures were taken from the deck or from the beach directly in front of the property. We had a great time and can’t wait to go again!

Perfect Find for Young Family

First, the location is excellent! Just a few steps and you’re on the beach and can easily enjoy the gulf from the balcony as well. This is a must for our beach vacations! We also loved that it was on the first floor so we didn’t have to wait on the elevator all the time. The condo was the perfect find for our young family. Because it was stocked with beach chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards - our kids had a blast (and we didn’t have to haul our own stuff down). The owner was very responsive when we initially had trouble with the code lock. John’s Pass was too far of a walk with the ages of our kids but plenty of parking when we drove down. We loved it so much, we talked about planning our next beach vacation around the availability of this rental!

Wonderful clean place with a great host

We've stayed at Ryan's place 3 times now and it's always clean, comfortable and a great stay. Ryan is a great host that is always in communication before, during and after our stay. The house has plenty of extras and is always clean when we arrive. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of hot water. We love staying here and look forward to coming back yearly for our annual family vacation. I highly recommend this place for beautiful beach/sunset views and easy check-in/check-out.

Seabreeze, Madeira Beach

The only thing good about this property is location, excellent beach, warm water and close to John Pass with tons of activities to do. Other than that, not much to talk about. Our check in was bad. We arrived late at 1.30 am. Although I'd emailed the host a couple of days prior the concern about it, he assured me that I'll get the code to get into the building without any problem. Well, the code to the condo was not activated for some reason. Despite me calling the host several times for help without any answer, we were stuck at the door until 2.30 in the morning. We were about to leave to find the hotel but gave it one last try when the door opened. He activated it remotely for us. The bedding and bathroom stuff are very old and need replacements. And the worst part of the condo was the cockroaches infestation. It needs spray or fumigation badly. They were everywhere, when you opened the kitchen cupboards. We have to sanitize our luggage for days for fear of bringing the problem home with us. I love the location and the beach but would not stay there again in the future.

Fabulous family friendly spot!

This was our first time traveling with our three kids (ages 3-8), and what stood out to us about this listing (beyond how beautiful it was) was how inviting they were for families. Little things like providing a pack n' play, beach toys, beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, etc. made it even easier to travel and not worry about packing these things on the plane or renting them here for additional money. The unit was great, with ample space for our family of 5. Absolutely loved hanging out on the balcony and having slow mornings where we could gaze out at the ocean while sipping our coffee. The views were stunning, and we even saw dolphins a few mornings! The pool and hot tub area was a great bonus - our 6-year-old even learned how to swim on her own this trip! It's a short drive, or even walking distance to John's Pass, which is a great area to visit multiple times. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

Great Trip! Beautiful Views!

After being avid travelers and then pausing on travel during COVID and the birth of our daughter, we couldn't have asked for a better place to start vacationing again and for our first time, with our almost 3 year old. The location was very easy to get to from TPA and walking distance to shops, restaurants, and boat excursions. This is highly recommended to avoid high parking costs in Johns Pass. The unit was clean and comfortable, could use a few little updates but for our little family it had just what we needed and for the beach too - towels,umbrellas, chairs,stroller, etc. We even contributed some beach toys to the bin before we left. There are also some guest supplies in the garage area downstairs. Being on the first floor was nice to avoid waiting for the one elevator for the back and forth to the condo. It was also great because you could see down to the pool but didnt have it right by the room. Sunsets were beautiful and easy walk to the beach, you didn't have to walk far which was much needed with our little one. Overall highly recommend and would easily stay here again.

Pros and Cons

Pros-great location, unit was clean, beds were comfortable, the beach and sunsets were amazing! The facilities were well kept and maintained. Cons-kitchen very outdated, could use a new refrigerator and stove, cookware was nasty, someone needs to go through the entire kitchen ware and dispose of dirty, overused and worn out items. I don’t think it’s had a good cleaning out in years. My grandson wanted a smoothie so we took the blender out it was disgusting. Whoever used it last didn’t clean it thoroughly and it was stinky and crusty. Frying pans were scratched and crusty. The cookie sheet had so much build up it was disgusting. We just wanted to make nachos but didn’t dare to. I would never have used the cookware. The furniture in the living room is old, worn and uncomfortable. The couch crunches when you sit on it. It’s so ridiculous that this condo has such old and worn furniture. For the price you’re paying it’s not worth it. I’ve stayed in many beachfront rentals and have never spent the money I did for this one and had such poor conditions. The carpet in the bedrooms needs to go I’m sure it’s years old and is more than ready to be replaced. Hopefully with plank flooring or tile. I will never rent there again.

First trip to Madeira Beach

Other than the cool weather and wet days, we had a good stay and enjoyed a few days of walks on the beach, John’s Pass shopping and lots of good seafood. Condo was clean and had supplies needed for basic cooking. Love the view and easy access to the beach.
