Located right on the border of clearwater and Dunedin it has the best of both worlds quiet when you want it to be and entertaining when you don't.

Only 4.4 miles to Clearwater beach and 7 miles to Honeymoon island the two best beaches you can find for miles

If you like Golfing there is a beautiful golf course less then a mile from the house.

Enjoy the private backyard Day or Night playing bags and ladder golf or lounging on the brand new patio furniture. Or gilling on the brand new stainless steel grill

If it happens to rain on your vacation I know no one wants to think about that but if that unfortunate possibility does happen I have multiple amenities to help you get through the day. From the 75 inch smart tv in the living room To board games I have it all (caveman poetry, apples to apples, puzzles, cards, codenames, netflix, paramount, amazon prime ect).

The bedrooms have brand new beds and pillows to rest on. I have two sets of sheets for each bed in a variety of options so if you don't like the current sheets no biggie grab another set. And also for the main bedroom I have a 55 inch tv with the ability to set a sleep timer for those wanting to fall asleep to their favorite show.

for you pillow hogs out there there are 16 brand new pillows so hopefully that is enough for you. 4 of them are cooling pillows The other 12 are ugg brand and super comfy

The sofa sleeper is brand new as well and pretty comfy.

for the kitchen it has all the things you need for the short term and long term renters out there. For the short term renters it has a coffee maker, a air fryer, a toaster, and a microwave. And for the longer term renters it has pots, pans, cookie sheets, blenders, mixing bowls, an oven and cooking utensils.

for dishes I have big plates, little plates, coffee cups, bowls, knives, big forks, little forks, big spoons, little spoons, and sharp knives from Chicago cutlery.

For anyone that wants an office This has pretty much everything you need. It has two desks, two monitors and brand new office chairs. Tired of having to lug your office supplies around because no one has an actual office to rent well this is the spot for you. It also has 500 mbps internet for all your internet needs

for you tall people out there the shower is high so that you don't have to crouch just to take a shower i know how annoying that can be. Both me and my girlfriend are 6'2" and love it. Also for added benefit the shower has a detachable handle as well so anyone has the ability to wash themselves with ease.

If you make your way to the backyard you will find patio furniture with a table to either eat at or relax around and play cards. Also to the side of the patio there is plenty of room to play yard games such as bags and ladder golf (both of these are supplied).

Also if you are staying for a bit and want some particular things I can try my best to get them to you them before you arrive if you let me know early enough. I want this to be a relaxing Time for you and anything I can do to help just let me know.
