Siamo un'unità al primo piano con vista sull'oceano con piscina riscaldata e vasca idromassaggio - 6 posti letto. Siamo situati sulle splendide sabbie bianche di Indian Shores Beach, in Florida, e abbiamo 1.400 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo rinnovato che comprende 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni completi, soggiorno, zona pranzo, cucina abitabile ben arredata e patio privato. Siamo in grado di ospitare comodamente 6 persone. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king size, materasso di fascia alta e cuscini. Ha una zona spogliatoio privata e un bagno padronale completo da 4 pezzi. La seconda camera ha due letti full size e un bagno per gli ospiti full size. Pack n 'Play and blow up materasso è in loco per l'uso. I servizi includono smart TV a schermo piatto da 3, lettore DVD e film per bambini, WiFi gratuito, aria condizionata / riscaldamento, lavatrice / asciugatrice full size, teli mare e numerosi giochi da spiaggia / piscina, asciugacapelli e soprattutto siamo solo PASSI per piscina e spiaggia.
Se vuoi lasciare il nostro paradiso ~ siamo a pochi minuti di auto dalla spiaggia di Clearwater e da St. Spiagge di Pietroburgo !! E 20 minuti a Bush Gardens e 2 ore dalle attrazioni Disney.

Rimarrai stupito dal calore sabbioso bianco della spiaggia di Indian Shore e dalle viste più belle dei tramonti del Golfo dall'unità e dall'area piscina / spiaggia. Condo was clean. Fantastic response from the property manager. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful. PoolWas under construction which was a bummer. We were allowed to use the pool next door at another condo. Which was just a short walk from where we stayed. One word of advice would be to make sure you park in your designated parking spot with your parking pass visible or Doug will certainly make you aware of your honest mistake. Overall experience was great.

Great location. Condo was very clean. Easy check in. Lots of other families but the beach wasn't packed. Kids loved the pool. Beach was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again. Lovely rental. First time to Clearwater and we loved it! Thank you for being great hosts!

Home away from home

Trip went outstanding in every way possible. The only complaint that I have is that one week was not long enough! This place was so clean and well decorated the pictures do not do it justice! It is so much bigger and more comfy than the photos online portrayed. The kitchen has everything that you need. The pool access is very convenient and grateful for all ages. We cannot wait to book again next year.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this resort and condo! I would definitely recommend and plan to come back and stay in the same condo. It had everything you need and then some. From cookware to grilling, beach towels, chairs, umbrella and an outdoor mat to use on the beach which came in handy for our 10 month old granddaughter. It was very clean place. My only complaint is the time went too fast! We spent 7 days and I wish it was longer.

Perfect location

The location was the best! We loved quick access to the pool deck, the beach, and nearby bus stops. The condo is spacious and comfortable and included everything we needed and more! We had a great experience and will plan to rent the same unit next year.

Family Vacation

Unit was one of the nicest we’ve ever rented from this complex. Every possible item you will need was provided. Owner has thought of everything! Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and even a nice cooler! Lots of local restaurants nearby, baseball at the Trop, and breathtaking sunsets every night!

Wonderful stay 10/21-10/28/23

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful condo from 10/21-10/28/23. Stella, the concierge, did a great job communicating with us prior and during our stay. Kelly, who is responsible for cleaning did an amazing job and it was one of cleanest condos I have rented in over my 10 years traveling to Florida. The furnishings, especially recliner sofas and decor are done with great taste and represent a welcoming, comfortable, beachy feel. Everything is top notch with plush towels in the master bath with comfortable linens and comforter. Hair dryers and tissues, a nice touch. We didn't use any pots or pans but they appeared well stocked. The new washer and dryer was exceptional along with anything else you would need in the kitchen. Beach chairs and a moderately sturdy Nautica umbrella are provided for your use. We used them for 3 days, but the wind picked up, so we rented a cabana from Clayton on the beach. Beach towels are also provided. The unit patio is located right on the pool veranda level which makes it nice for setting out chairs, umbrella, beach bag, etc. Beautiful sunsets were seen daily from the condo patio. Be sure to try Guppy's on the Beach, Salt Rock Grill, Seabreeze, Caddy's, and VIP Mexican restaurants. Publix grocery store is only about a 5-minute drive. October weather was perfect between 82-86, low humidity and no rain. We were so pleased with everything and didn't want to leave. We will be back again. Thanks for sharing your lovely home.

Exceptionally clean

Had a great time! Kids could walk right out to pool and we could either sit on patio while watching them or relax on lounge chairs poolside. Lots of beach toys and pool toys for kids. Games to play inside during the evening. Condo was very clean and equipped with about anything you could ask for. Cookware in condo is nice. We were able to use grills on patio for cooking. Beds are comfortable. Entry is key code now which is much better than having keys. This is a great condo to stay in even tho communication with concierge was problematic.

False Damage Charges

I’ll keep this simple. Place is outdated, we had issues with the AC the whole time which we were responsible for emptying out the drip and the AC not working properly. The tv in the bedroom did not work so always had to sit in the living room but with the AC that wasn’t fun either. On top of all this I got some additional charges stating the lock was broke and door paint was chipped but I know for a fact the room was left how we arrived with no issues. When asked for proof of these costs I get no documentation or pictures but a charge was inserted for me to pay for. Makes a lot of sense right? Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Hopefully this review stays but we know how these businesses are ran.

location was perfect

Property was nice, well stocked and a great location. The rules and communication provided by the property manager were intense and abrasive. The property manager had to meet us and walk through the condo with us to tell us the rules in person that were already in writing. In addition, a long text was sent about how we need to provide appropriate tips to cleaning crew and other support personnel with a note/lecture on why tipping others is necessary. We had multiple family members rent in this facility the same week and none of them had that an experience like this. I would definitely rent in this complex, BUT choose another condo.

Beach Cottage on the Gulf!

This is our second time staying at the Beach Cottages both times different units/owners. Enjoyed this unit being on the first level convenient pool access along with the beach. Condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, everything needed in the kitchen. Beach chairs, cooler, towels, floats, toys, and beach bags were all provided. Easy check in with door codes. Owner was responsive to a few quick messages. Concierge not so much. Sitting on the beach we saw dolphins, small stingrays, crabs, and manatees! Overall a great stay!

Nice condo, pool closed, ants

The condo itself is very nice and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable but they are tall so not the best for small children as we did have one kid roll off the bed. I would suggest the owners supply a bed railing that can be put on the beds if needed. The place had plenty of beach towels and beach toys and chairs which was nice to have. The kitchen had everything someone would need. The beach is amazing. Soft white sand and the water was so clear. I had to dock a star because there were ants in the kitchen all week. We informed the owner right away and she gave us the number for the building maintenance guy who arrived right away when we called him. He sprayed some bug repellent around the bottoms of the counters and it seemed to help but did not entirely get rid of them. He said the building has an exterminator service that comes monthly so hopefully that helps. And I had to dock another star because we were the lucky renters who just so happened to arrive the week that the pool and entire pool deck was closed. We were informed in advance of maintenance being done on the pool deck but we were never told that the pool would be closed. In fact when we called the concierge to ask about the maintenance she said she was sure the pool would not be closed. We were very disappointed to discover the pool closure upon arrival especially since there was alot of email communication with the concierge the week prior to our visit and it wasn't mentioned. We met a couple on the beach who were in another condo in the building and they said they were told 2 months ahead about the pool closure. We asked the owner for some money back since we specifically chose this first floor condo for easy access to the pool and hot tub and she refused. Overall, we had a nice trip and the condo and beach was nice but still had to dock the stars because the couple issues did put a damper on our trip.
