Close your eyes - now open them, because you’ve found the Gulf beach vacation of your dreams with this brand-new penthouse condo, decorated with luxury furnishings, located on a protected harbor across the street from the beach. It’s an elevator ride downstairs to the shops, restaurants, bars, mini-golf, and other attractions right outside the front door. If you want to stay even closer to home, spend the day enjoying the on-site heated pool.

Mornings are made for sipping coffee from the Nespresso machine, while out on your balcony, as you enjoy the sea breeze and peek-a-boo ocean view. Inside, you’ll find an open living space, featuring chic decor, bright pops of art, and abundant natural light. The group’s chef will love the sleek kitchen, with gleaming stainless steel appliances, tons of cabinetry and countertops, and all the cookware they need to prepare a feast. Grab a bite at the kitchen island or sit down for a family-style meal at the adjacent dining table.

After a day on the sand - and don’t forget to grab the provided beach gear - come home to cool off in the central AC. The washer/dryer will make quick work of any laundry while you stream the latest release from the oversized sectional. A bonus room with another TV means everyone can watch what they want, and the free high-speed WiFi makes it easy to stay connected. End the night in any of three serene bedrooms, but not before stepping out to the balcony to toast your first - and next - dreamy beach day.
