The oversized primary suite features a king bed, smart TV, small desk station, large ensuite bathroom, ocean views, and direct access to the private balcony for a true beachfront retreat. The second bedroom includes two full beds with a smart TV, while the third bedroom offers a queen bed and its own TV, making the home ideal for families or groups. There are 2.5 bathrooms in total, including the primary ensuite, a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a convenient half bath with toilet and sink. The cozy modern coastal living room provides sliding glass door access to the balcony and a smart TV, creating the perfect space to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops, offering everything you need for meals at home. Step out onto the private balcony from either the living room or primary suite to enjoy sweeping oceanfront views. • A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F

• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.

• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)

• No pets allowed

• Age requirement: 25+ to book

• Access: Located on Level 4 (stairs or elevator from garage)

• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
