Caprice Resort è una proprietà diretta fronte del golfo situato su St. Pete Beach. Goditi le splendide viste sulla spiaggia. La struttura dispone di piscina riscaldata, spiaggia privata, barbecue, campo da shuffle board e solarium. Il Caprice è a pochi passi da molti negozi e ristoranti.

L'unità # 107 è un appartamento con due camere da letto, due bagni con una cucina completamente attrezzata. Balcone privato con vista diretta sul Golfo. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size e una grande finestra che si affaccia sulla spiaggia. La seconda camera ha due letti singoli con vista sull'acqua e accesso al balcone.

  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

We loved being right on the beach. The area felt very safe. And I could see the family from the room if someone wanted to go back and some wanted to stay. The area is perfect for everything you need!

Beautiful place

This was our first time visiting St Pete and it was amazing! Caprice resort was an amazing place to stay at. Just perfect for families. Great location also! Enjoyed it very much!

Girl’s Weekend

We had a great experience! The property was clean and was accurate to the photos on line. The view from our deck was spectacular and we loved being right on the beach! We enjoyed exploring lots of restaurants and street markets. Grocery and liquor were close by, and the local comedy club was a fun night out. We would definitely return.

Moms that ran away

Ever want to run away? We did! 3 mamas ran away for the wknd, and this place was PERFECT. We had plenty of room, on the beach, relaxing pool, clean, low key, EXCELLENT staff (leeann and jon if my memory is correct? We will seriously be back, large in part bc of them! ). A few minor things (could use a little paint, new furniture, etc.) But for a rental? It works!!! Thanks for letting us make memories in your unit while we ran away from our responsibilities and we were able to relax! Beach, books, booze, rinse, repeat!

Great location

We absolutely loved the location of this condo. So close to the beach and restaurants/stores. We did have an issue with the cable company coming and not installing what they needed to properly so we had 3 days where staff were in our room and one day without cable. We would have appreciated the work being done prior to or after our stay. Being woken up early on vacation is not enjoyable!

This is a great property--the accommodations were great, the location was perfect for the beach and walking to restaurants/shopping, the kitchen was fully outfitted. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful view from unit.

The property was very clean and had almost all of the amenities that we needed. The corner unit came with an amazing view and a larger balcony then most units. The only thing else that would have been nice to have would be a few beach chairs and an umbrella. We had to rent those but the property manager had a brochure of a good place to rent. It was a little costly to rent for just the weekend but the chairs and umbrellas came in handy. Also, a washer and dryer in the unit would have been nice but don't not where the owners could have put them. There are coin operated ones on sight though. The St. Pete area is a bit congested especially with all the high rise condos around but our beach in front of the unit wasn't too bad even for a weekend. The pool was also nice. I would definitely recommend this condo for a great stay.

Great view and well-stocked with everything you'll need!

Great property! Enjoyed our stay - unit was stocked with everything we needed. Only not-great thing was balcony furniture is really old-school, but we knew that going in (one chase lounge had broken strands, but we didn't mind or want to use it anyway). Also, twin beds were kind of small, our tall teen said her feet were hanging off, but otherwise comfortable - master was GREAT with really comfortable king bed, and good side-view of beach with volleyball tournaments going on the entire time. Bedrooms even provided extra fans which was awesome. All the kitchen, bathroom, and any other supplies we could think of were provided as well. Front desk staff was very friendly!

St Pete Beach Gem

Our stay at The Caprice #107 was fantastic! The location of the unit in relation to the beach was perfect - the view is stunning. The condo is furnished with all you need for a great getaway - I highly recommend it.

Great unit/property!

We came down to get married on the beach & everything was beautiful! Our unit (#107) was located in the corner, nicely furnished, & just a few steps from the beach! Had a great view also! We arrived after office hours & called the number as instructed per office door sign, however, it took 3 calls before we got an answer--that is the only 'negative' of our whole trip!

Wonderful

Exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of room. End unit close to stairwell made it easy to access the beach. The only downfall is there is no outside shower on this side to clean sand from feet. Looking forward to renting again next summer.
