  • Oh Nom! for whatever reason the dining room was empty when we walked in. The ambiance & service was charming enough (I particularly enjoyed them showing "Teen Wolf") & the sushi rolls were a great value--the veggie rolls are to be missed but hey we are in the south-->it's always a gamble when your vegetarian appetizer isn't fried :)

Beautiful location

Beautiful location right on the beach!! Clean and comfortable. Staff very professional and helpful. Many restaurants close by. Grocery also very close. Very nice mini vacation. Will be back!!

Sweet Spot on the Beach

Caprice Resort is in a nice set off location from the heart of the hotel zone. Just a short walk to anywhere. Fairly quite. Staff extremely helpful and nice.

Just Okay

Positives: The location and beach are beautiful and the kitchen is well stocked. Neutrals: The furnishings are old and the sofas are dirty - but we didn't use them much, so not really a problem. Negatives: For the first three nights my husband and I could not sleep together - I slept on the couch - because our bed was terribly hammocked. It was so bad that it is impossible to believe it had gone unnoticed before we arrived. It was fixed for us quickly when I reported it, but with no offer of any compensation for how rough a start we had to our vacation. We rented bikes and one was stolen (lock cut) during our stay. Some sketchy activity in the parking lot outside the condos at night. The bedsheets are thin and scratchy - not hotel quality at all. I reported this to a manager and was told that someone would reach out to me about it, but nothing was done. For nine days they provide us with two trash bags! There was not enough toilet paper. There is no cleaning service or linens replaced during the stay.

Incredible view!

We've stayed in many waterfront properties around Florida, but this place is very special. You get that gorgeous view from almost every room, the kitchen, the dining room, the living room and the master bedroom. It just puts you in vacation mode right away! We didnt want to go down, because we felt we were enjoying the beach from up there. I love this location too because is right next to the public beach access and there was a lot of action at the beach. Some people may not, but we like that! This place is perfect to bring those grandparents who dont really like the beach, but would like to enjoy time with the family.

We had a couple of minor things. A leak with the toilet in the main bathroom and we had to fix the toilet in the master room before anyone could even use it (it wouldn't flush) other than the toilets the place was perfect for us and the view was amazing

Great views!

On a weekend when everything was sold out, we feel so fortunate to have found this gem! It’s got plenty of space, and the best views around. It’s a great property. Is it glamorous? No. But it’s functional. And super tidy!

A bit disappointed

The view of the ocean, the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the grounds around the complex were the best parts of this stay. The condo itself was a big disappointment. The price we paid to stay in this unit compares with nice condos along the Emerald Coast and Amelia Island so you can imagine our disappointment upon arriving in this unit. The carpet was just awful...dirty looking and stained. My husband left his shoes on the whole trip. The patio furniture showed years of use with broken chair straps. The kitchen was not very well equipped for cooking, the faucet wobbled and the sinks were slow to drain. Chipped mirrors in the bathroom, chipped toilets, musty odor in the guest room, broken handle on sliding glass door, etc. etc. Long story short, the owner of the unit should invest in this unit to bring it within the standards expected for the price being charged. Needless to say, we won't be returning here.

Nice Condo within walking distance to eats and fun

This small two bed/bath condo is in a good location. Close by to a few restaurants with music. The on-site office staff were very helpful. The condo could use an update, but over all was clean and comfortable.

Warning: Major beach construction directly in front of complex.

There is a major beach renovation project going on directly in front of this condo building. The beach is actually closed. There are giant cranes and dump trucks working at 7am - six days a week on the beach. It is very loud and disruptive. The condo was nice, but I am disappointed that this information was not shared before I booked my stay.
