Professionalmente decorato in un arredamento contemporaneo sulla spiaggia, stupendo, spazioso e molto privato!

Non mancano cose straordinarie da fare in casa, ma se vuoi stare vicino alla St. Pete Beach, ci sono solo 2. 5 miglia di distanza e 6. 5 miglia dal centro di St. Pete, dove la vita notturna abbonda. Visita i migliori ristoranti, musei, teatri, gite in barca e spiagge in questa paradisiaca comunità della Florida. Oltre alle premiate spiagge di sabbia bianca, questa famosa destinazione della Florida offre l'opportunità di familiarizzare con il Golfo del Messico, sono disponibili numerose escursioni di pesca e gite in barca.

Lavanderia: lavatrice, asciugatrice e lavandino. Ampio portico schermato con tavolo da pranzo per 6 più tavolo da picnic in legno con struttura ad A e ombrellone per pranzi all'aperto. Griglia all'aperto con tenda barbecue. Pozzo del fuoco che può ospitare 6, perfetto per rilassarsi e godersi il tempo in famiglia. Vialetto circolare che può ospitare fino a 3 automobili più un posto auto coperto. Un sacco di giochi per divertirsi con la famiglia come: biliardo, biliardino, poker deluxe, tavolo da domino, set cornhole, giochi da tavolo e altro ancora. Non sono ammessi animali

Il nostro quartiere è sicuro e amichevole. Facile raggiungere a piedi il centro commerciale con un CVS, Walmart, negozi di alimentari, ristoranti e molto altro.

Puoi fare un giro in auto di 35 minuti e visitare Winter and Hope, le star di Dolphin Tale e Dolphin Tale 2 al Clearwater Marine Aquarium.

St. L'aeroporto internazionale di Petersburg / Clearwater e l'aeroporto internazionale di Tampa sono ugualmente convenienti, a soli 20-30 minuti di auto. Tampa Busch Gardens, Lowery Park Zoo e Florida Aquarium sono a soli 45 minuti in auto. Facile 90 minuti di auto da Disney World, MGM Studios, parchi a tema Universal Studio.

House and amenities were very nice. The location was conveniently located near the beach, and downtown. And not far from Tampa Bay either. It is right on the main road so noise from cars was common (only reason for 4 star on location.

The property is cose to everything you need. Within walking distance of groceries, plenty of delivery options and close to the bus route. Everything was clean. Check-in and check-out process was easy. The host was very responsive to communication. The only negative was the hair dryers did not work, but we bought one and left it at the property and infirmed the host. Overall a great place to stay!Theoonly negative was

My family and I (7 in total) used this home recently. We were in town to see my daughter sing with St Petersburg Opera. We found the home easily but upon arriving found it was on a very busy main thoroughfare. The driveway was a half circle which was good, but pulling out onto the street was a bit precarious. The only other issue was the A/C, which worked fine and kept us all cool but was very loud inside, with a constant loud drip whenever it was running. Otherwise we were very happy with this home. We enjoyed the screened lanai and the easy proximity to all we chose to do. I would recommend this home.

We were in town to celebrate Christmas with two brothers who live in Gulfport. There was plenty of room for the 8 adults and 1 infant who were staying there, as well as the brothers who live there to hang out and spend time together. The table was even big enough for all of us to eat together! Plenty of supplies - dishes, silverware, cooking needs, towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap, etc. The house is on a busy road, but it was easy to get into and out of due to the stoplight just up the road. Hanging out in the backyard, you don’t even notice any street noise. Diana was very responsive to answer any questions we had. Over all, we really enjoyed our stay!

The house was as stated and my family and I had an enjoyable weekend at this house. There was plenty of room for the 8 of us and it is close to everything we wanted to see or go too. I have to say that the owner was extremely quick to respond to any and all inquiries that I had. I definitively will consider renting this same house the next time I plan a few days on Treasure Island or any of the island communities.

Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Great property for families - stocked with kid friendly items (including high chair and kid’s dining ware etc). Convenient location. Close to St Pete beach. House is directly on the main road, but it didn’t bother us.

We enjoyed our stay, the host was very responsive and helped with whatever we needed. The only downside was the lock on the door, dishwasher and coffee maker were hard to operate. House had some wear and tear but standard for a beach house. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was very well stocked. Would recommend!

At the last minute, a group of us decided to visit St Pete for the first time, and even before booking, Laura was extremely responsive and polite. We had zero issues checking in, and even when we forgot an item she assured me she'd check with the cleaning staff. The kitchen is large and was truly the center of the home and was fully stocked. The house itself is on a busy road but that wasn't really a problem for us since it was near all of the stores and a quick 5 min drive to the beach. Overall this house had everything we needed for a great stay. Thanks again!

Disappointed that the rooms that weren’t on central air, weren’t cooled down. That should be done by the host, not the renter!! The 3rd bathroom has no air 😤😤 So you sweat to go to bathroom!!

I would have liked to have known the master bedroom was upstairs, and that the house was on a main road, which was noisy. My elderly parents were unable to join us last minute, but they would not have been able to handle the stairs and would not have been comfortable sharing a bathroom with us. Other than that, the house was very clean and well stocked.

Our family of 8 adults was together for 4 nights. We did a lot of meal prep and appreciates the well-stocked kitchen and large dining table. We also used the grill and fire pit on the patio. The location was convenient, but the road is very busy and a bit loud. Our host, Diana, was very responsive to an needs and even allowed us to check in an hour early! Thank you.

This is a great place to have a large group. Very clean, inviting place, each room had a tv with smart/streaming device. Two fridges and very well laid out. Games on the patio and one of the more stocked/provided vrbo’s we’ve been too. We will definitely be back. Super close to stores and quiet even though you’re on the main road.

This property was very clean, bright and airy, and fit the needs of a family vacation consisting of grandparents, son and his spouse, and three children ranging in age from 6 to 23. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook a meal, which was very handy. The beds were good. There were adequate towels. The screen porch was very nice, and the foosball and pool table was enjoyed by all. Having games available was also great.

We enjoyed our stay very much, particularly the outdoor fireplace to gather and talk. The house is beautifully decorated and the beds are quite comfortable. With just a couple of safety issues, which will be addressed by the owner regarding the stairs, it will be the perfect place to vacation.l
