Affascinante, spaziosa 1 camera da letto, 1 bagno unità frontale del Golfo con spettacolare vista sull'acqua. Goditi splendidi tramonti e osservi dei delfini dal tuo balcone privato di 17 piedi. Fai lunghe passeggiate sulla sabbia bianca e polverosa, oppure siediti e goditi la vista dalla piscina riscaldata. A pochi minuti da molte attrazioni tra cui John's Pass e Boardwalk, Water Park, Golf, isola di Calidisi, pesca, canottaggio, ristoranti e bar.
Goditi i nuovi letti e materassi Queen size acquistati a settembre 2019. Divanetto con letto a castello e fodera per letto Queen Custom Crate e Barrel, previsto per la fine di novembre. Futon di dimensioni standard e divano letto singolo presente in un'ampia zona giorno. Prepara e gioca con materasso, seggiolone e passeggino disponibili su richiesta.
Goditi la connessione wifi gratuita e via cavo. Televisori situati sia nella zona giorno che nella camera da letto. Lettore DVD e giochi da tavolo, nonché libri di numerosi autori presenti. We had a great time at this beachfront condo! It was clean, comfortable, and footsteps to the water. The location was perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything you need to have a great vacation is in the room with the beautiful sunsets and listening to the ocean. Location puts you within distance of seeing so many cities and different beaches.

Perfect spot

No elevator for the past year.

Nice place. A lot of amenities (Ex: Keurig Machine). Great location. Kitchen drain stopped up due the garbage disposal being broken. Condo had a plumbing snake that fixed I fixed the issue with. No elevator. It's been broken for almost a year.

Great stay. Will look to go back, hopefully elevator will be fixed. Appreciate the communication ahead of time about the elevator and host’s responsiveness. Sitting on the comfy porch sofa listening to the waves was much needed relaxation.

Wonderful Rental Property

We very much enjoyed our vacation and the Condo! The Kitchen is beautifully updated & the unit is very nice. Everything you’ll need is provided including everything to bring to the beach. The pool was clean & very nice. The beach in front of the property was not at all crowded. The scenic view of the Ocean was wonderful from the balcony. We’ve rented the unit before & will again. Chateaux property

Our stay was fine. The place was clean, the amenities were as noted, and the view was fantastic. Considering the hurricanes that went through in 2024, the recovery of the area and this building was remarkable. The one issue we encountered was an elevator that was not working. We were on the fourth floor and personal issues made the hike up and down challenging. Talking to a few permanent residents, the elevator issue was present before the hurricanes came through. There seemed to be dissatisfaction that this issue, replacing the elevator, has not been addressed by building management. All that being said, we enjoyed our stay, we liked the area and would consider coming back.

Shortened Stay due to Hurricane

This is our 2nd stay at the Chateaux. The condo was clean and had the necessary amenities. This condo is on the 4th floor and the elevator does not function. We had been forewarned by the property owner of it being out of order. Carrying luggage and other items 4 flights and making multiple trips was tiring. We had to vacate the premises early as the news said it was a projected Cat 4 storm. We were fortunate to head North early and rebook a hotel room in NC overnight. This is a marvelous property and is adjacent to the beach. We were fortunate to get one beach day before we had to leave.

The view is still beautiful from the balcony, we stayed in this same condo last year. We arrived during one of the downpours from Debbie, not knowing that the elevator was down. While we received an e-mail about the elevator, it was addressed to a different name several weeks before our scheduled stay. The elevator also did not work properly the year before when we stayed. We were drenched when we got our bags and groceries up to the condo. The balcony howled with the high winds as it did not latch/lock. There were no paper towels at the condo for our stay, we did go and purchase some. The beach chairs for use were mostly broken. Still a beautiful view but the condo is a little worse for the wear from last year.

Beautiful stay!

Very nice condo in a good location! Condo was very clean and had all necessities for our entire stay! We really liked that there was an umbrella, cooler and beach toys for the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

Short weekend at the beach

Check in time was miscommunicated to us as 3pm so we ended up walking in when the unit was still being cleaned at 10 after 3pm. The cleaner was visibly frazzled by our early presence. We were short on wash clothes for 4 people and had no paper towels, but we only stayed a few nights, so no big deal. Otherwise our stay in this unit was wonderful!

This unit has everything you need, is nicely furnished, and features an up-to-date and fully stocked kitchen. The balcony is lovely and comfortable, and my best friend and I love staying here! The best restaurants and bars are nearby as well.

Great Stay

Sandra was amazing to work with and helped solve a small mishap quickly upon our arrival. We had a relaxing weekend with the best views of the gulf. We will be looking to try to book our next moms and daughters trip there again!

Already booked our return trip! Wonderful anniversary stay.

This place is wonderful! The host, Sandra, is very helpful & kind. The unit is as described or better. Our final night we were already booking another stay. Best part is the view. Even while inside. The balcony is tremendous. You don't have to be out & about to feel like you're on vacation because where you are is already pleasant. We appreciated the sun umbrella. It helped us spend more time on the sand. Also includes many towels, bath & beach. Living area is very roomy. Tips: The rules sheet says you need a parking permit. Some guests had them on their mirror with unit #'s & check out dates, but Sandra said we didn't need one as long as we were in her # spot (which she provides before check in.) So don't worry about getting one. We liked the bed by the window better than the one in center of room, so we switched. Both are the same size & we slept great. Internet was dependable. Kitchen is very good! Quietest dishwasher ever. (She provides dish detergent.) LOVE that there's a KEURIG, not just coffee maker as those are so much easier to buy coffee for while traveling. Location itself was lovely. We biked all around (Bike rack near elevator.) Once the elevator is fixed, it'll be perfect. Walking up the 5 flights was tough, especially upon check in. But the host let us know in advance it was waiting on a part. We appreciate the great communication. Top of my list as a fave VRBO stay.
