Bring the whole crew! The Clearwater Beach Duplex gives you both houses at Clearwater Coastal Stays: two separate, freestanding homes on the same lot. Your group is together for cookouts and fire-table nights, and everyone still gets their own space to unwind. Clearwater Beach and Pier 60 are about a 10-minute drive over the Memorial Causeway. Sleeping: up to 8 guests · 2 bedrooms · 4 beds · 2 bathrooms - Unit A (front house): a bedroom with a king-size bed, plus a full-size trundle sofa bed, and 1 bathroom. - Unit B (back house): a bedroom with a queen-size bed, plus a full-size pull-out couch, and 1 bathroom. Inside Unit A - A TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max and YouTube TV already logged in. - A record player and a Bluetooth soundbar. - Bedroom nightlight mode, a color-changing "moonlight" nightstand light. - Three types of pillows. Inside Unit B - Apple TV on the bedroom TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, HBO Max and YouTube TV already logged in. - A Bluetooth speaker. - A cute breakfast nook. - Beach essentials for the whole group. In both houses - Central A/C controlled by a smart thermostat, plus smart smoke detectors. - An oil diffuser with Santal scent oil in each house. - Wi-Fi and a washer-dryer combo with detergent provided. - Fresh towels for every guest, plus makeup towels. - Self check-in, with a separate door code for each house. Around the property Between the two houses, your group has everything for a longer stay: - Kitchen: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine (with coffee), hot water kettle, toaster, blender, cooking basics, baking sheet, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and barbecue utensils for the grills. - Entertainment: a sound system, board games, and books and reading material. - Work and wellness: a dedicated workspace and an Ethernet connection if you need to log in, plus a yoga mat and a foam roller for sore muscles after a long beach day. - Comforts: bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, a hair dryer, an iron and board, and ceiling fans. - Safety: smart smoke detectors, a carbon monoxide detector, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit. - Outdoor dining space, private entrances, and long stays welcome. Outdoors - Unit A patio: propane grill, fire table, solar string lights and mini golf. - Unit B backyard: a private backyard with its own propane grill, fire table, solar lights and cornhole. - Parking for everyone: the whole lot is yours, with both carports and spots 1–7. Getting in Self check-in from 4:00 PM. Each house has its own door code, sent one day before check-in, and the codes change for every stay. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. The neighborhood You're about 10 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, close to downtown Clearwater, and near Morton Plant Hospital. Our favorite local places to eat are in your guidebook. Good to know - Maximum 8 guests. No parties or events. Quiet time is after 10 PM. - Pets are welcome with advance notice. A pet fee applies, and service dogs stay free. - No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only. - The property is on a septic system. - One Ring doorbell camera is at Unit A's front door. There are no other cameras on the property. House rules - Check-in is after 4:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. A later check-out is only possible if approved at least 1 business day ahead. - Self check-in with door codes. Each house has its own code, sent one day before check-in, and the codes change for every stay. - Maximum 8 guests across both houses. Only registered guests may stay overnight. - No parties or events. - Quiet time after 10:00 PM, including at the fire tables and outdoor areas. - No shoes in either house. Please leave them inside the front door. - No smoking or vaping indoors. Smoking is allowed outside only. Please pick up all cigarette butts. - Pets are welcome with advance notice. A pet fee applies. Service dogs stay free. - We are on a septic system. Please flush only the toilet paper provided. - Please don't unplug electronics such as the TVs, Apple TV, record player and soundbar. - Parking: you may use the whole lot, including both carports and spots 1–7. Please keep the gate closed. - Trash is collected on Thursdays. The management company moves the bins, so you don't need to. - Before check-out (both houses): wash used dishes, take all belongings and food, leave used towels in a pile on the floor, and put trash in the garbage can. - Any damage or extra cleaning will be charged to the guest. - Security camera disclosure: one Ring doorbell camera is at Unit A's front door. There are no other cameras on the property, and none inside either house.
