Was walking distance to so many restaurants! Beach sunsets were beautiful!! The only thing would have wanted a dresser to put clothes in but everything else was wonderful! Room was ready little early which was great and very clean! Hope to come back again soon!

The pull out couch was extremely misleading - it was 4ft by 2ft. There were no sheets for it. My 6 and 8 yr olds couldn’t fit on it together. The king bed felt like it was about to break. There was no space to put suitcases. There was very little space for 2 adults, let alone 2 kids. The pool was extremely small. We were so disappointed that we left as soon as we could find availability at a hotel. We stayed for 2 nights. It would be appropriate for college spring break, not a family vacation.

Location and rental unit were great!

So easy to get to beach or walk to almost any places on the beach. The pool may not have been heated and a bit chilly, which was the only disappointment. Our rental was clean and new. Most had been redone after the hurricane. There was some road noise but it wasn't an issue. There was prompt response when we had questions.

Location was great. Friendly guests. Pictures can be a bit deceiving as the place was a little smaller than it looked online. Overall good value, safe neighborhood. Would stay there again.

Location! Wow!

What an awesome spot! Loved the location- beach access plus quick access to all the main restaurants and shops! The unit was all we needed for a family of 3. Also really appreciated the beach chairs, buckets, floaties available to use! This will be a top pick to stay at again!

Our stay at Clearwater suites was nothing less than excellent! So close to everything. While walking 15,000 steps seems excessive, it is a breeze while in Clearwater! Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Great location and wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Clearwater Beach Suites! Location to the beach, restaurants, shopping and more is on point! Everything you need is right there! Pool area was great, clean and there were chairs you could take down to the beach. Our unit was clean and in good order when we arrived. I would highly recommend a stay at the Clearwater Beach Suites. The rental management company was also great to work with!

Room 102

We enjoyed our stay and it was a perfect week. The beach chairs were nice to have for use on the beach. The area itself was so close to the beach it was literally a 2 min walk from out the door to the sand. Parking was easy if you follow the directions given. Getting into the gate and room was also easy if you just wait for the email and follow directions. The room itself was clean and neat. We had a small issue but Belloise Realty was quick to help! Thank you for a great week and we plan on being a repeat customer.

Clearwater Suites - 102

Working with the reality company was easy, professional, and very accommodating. I would strongly recommend working with this realtor and the location they have to offer. Only thing that meeds attention moving forward is the parking. Parking is becoming slimmer every year. This should have priority in working on items in the future. Thank you and look forward to staying next year.

Location is great! The refrigerator kept making noise all night long. There was a "stench" smell on the place,the sleep sofa inside cushion needs restitching,the door lock needs to be repair or replace it takes too long to close. The water pressure is low in the bathroom. The pool was not usabbble. Otherwise, I would stay there again.

Good

The unit itself was fine. We do not have a Roku TV at home so it would have been nice if there was a guide on how to use it. Also, there was no channel guide for the TV. We were very happy that we were able to pay an additional $100 for a 2 hour earlier check in time. Our flight was changed to an earlier time by American Airlines so that the early check in time was great. Plus since we arrived before 2:00 p.m., we were given the code to the gate so that we could put our bags in the unit.

The unit was very dark. I think being at the beach, I expected a more welcoming color-not dark brown. The A/C duct blew into the bathroom. It should've been duct to the hallway. The bathroom was very cold. While on the bathroom, the shower door leaked-had to have towels on the floor to soak up the water from the shower. The handle, in the shower was, obviously, installed wrong-not flush, loose, and didn't match. The outlet, on the wall, by the left sink, did not work. The vent, was not flush with the ceiling and hung down. Light was a kitchen "track" light, behind the sink counter. The master bedroom, ceiling fan did not work. I feel that a "rental" should have basic things in the kitchen: salt/pepper, pizza cutter, flat sheet pan, clean pots/pans. I had to scrub the smaller frying pan, from the cooked on grease.

We just left a two week stay in unit 102. If you're looking for proximity to Clearwater Beach, you will find it here. Just a short 300 ft and your toes are in the sand! Space wise, it was perfect for the two of us. Kitchen: full size and great space for preparing meals.. There was a keurig and a coffee maker, blender and anything else you may need to cook meals. There are a few random drawers in the kitchen that kids could reach, that are filled with screws, lightbulbs, random maintenance supplies, so be careful if you have toddlers. The kitchen light would flicker off and on at random times, could not figure out what was going on with that. Bathroom: Shower was nice and the size of the bathroom was a plus with the double sinks. There was NO dresser in the bedroom, although there is room for a narrow one, not sure why one is not in there. We ended up having to use the bathroom shelves to store some of our folded clothes. That was fine. Toilet paper holder was crooked, paint all over the light fixture, towel hook would come off when you grabbed your towel…not a big deal at all but why not fix them? There is an iron in the bathroom, but no ironing board. The living room….. i'm not sure who picked out the toddler size couch that looks like Temu furniture and the chair that is practically sitting on the ground that is impossible to get in and out of especially if you're over 50. Keep that in mind. The couch was so stiff and uncomfortable. We ended up sitting in our camp chairs, so could not relax in the living room at night and watch TV comfortably. We didn't realize until day two that the dehumidifier in the living room needs to be emptied every two days or it will completely fill up. Keep an eye on that. Bedroom: king size bed was very, very comfortable and we were so happy about that. Could use a narrow dresser as there seems there would be room for that at least. Only three hangers in the closet so make sure you bring extras. There is a broom in the closet, but the place could really use some sort of vacuum as you are constantly sweeping up sand of course due to the proximity to the beach. The heated pool was awesome and the ability to just grab a chair and an umbrella to take to the beach was extremely handy and appreciated. We would definitely stay here again, but would pick a different room that would hopefully have more comfortable furniture. You can't beat the location!

Thankful it's over

Problems with our stay included, a car getting towed, an entry code not working, blood stains on the bed sheets, and a strange stench in the room. First when you arrive there is a welcome email saying they value their guests and they would like to let you in early if they can. We arrived at 2:15 and check in was at 4, I called and spoke with a lady and she interrupted me and said no check in isn't until 4 and another email would come with steps on how to get in. So we had to pay for additinal hours of parking, because there really wasn't an accommodation for early check in. When the check in email arrived there were instructions on placing a parking pass in your window, there weren't any specifications on what the parking pass is and that you can't park in front of the pool without a special pass. We put what we thought was the parking pass in our window and had our car towed. When we called for help the representative said he couldn't help us and then thankfully he did end us helping us, BUT he sent me to a WRONG address to pick up my mistowed car. Terrible! I lyfted to the wrong address and was sincerely scared for my life. Additionally, when we first arrived the code didn't work for our door, we had to use a back up key and there is only one of them. Lastly, there was two blood stains on our sheets and strange smell, I wasn't sure if it was from the cleaning solution used or the mold at the top of the shower. Overall, this felt like a nightmare experience and I am glad it is over.

Not the best but not the worst

We've stayed at worse places before but this one definitely left something to be desired. Overall wonderful location but the interior was lacking. Maintenance issues that needed to be resolved and just general TLC. We've stayed in numerous places in Florida before so we know the palmetto bugs are prevalent, but this condo definitely had the most we have ever seen. Didn't appreciate seeing them on the kitchen counter. Parking wasn't convenient either: we were given a pass to park blocks away in a city lot. It's a nice condo and got the job done, but we won't be staying here again.

Great Location - Issues resolved quickly.

We booked in July & after booking saw 2 bad reviews in August & September, so we were a little concerned. Our friends have stayed in this location for years & told us not to be worried. We love the location - within 2 blocks of CVS & Speedway Convenience Stores & tons of restaurants. The pool is great, but they were having some issues with the heater & circulation. The lights came on in the pool on the 2nd or 3rd day we were there. When we entered our unit, there was an odor & that was an issue in the previous reviews. The Property Manager immediately sent someone out to check it & they put in a dehumidifier. We bought air fresheners & dryer sheets & dispersed those in the unit. The smell didn't get any better - it was sort of a sewer/methane gas smell. It didn't hurt anything, it was just unpleasant. We also had roaches - not the big huge 2 inch palmetto bugs - little 1/2 inch roaches. The Property Manager sent someone out to spray. We saw at least 3 different insects. The dehumidifier put out a lot of heat & the air conditioner struggled reaching temps of 80*+, so we turned it off & notified the Property Manager. Someone immediately came out & fixed the AC unit, as well. We would stay at this location again - the issues were addressed quickly & efficiently. We did not ask for nor were we offered a discount for our stay.

Clearwater beach suites #102

Full of roaches, both dead and alive. Dirty, stained , outdated. Smells like mildew. Ruined vacation as far as not unpacking in that roach infested place. Roach spray under sink lol. I wrote immediately and they said they would send someone to spray but never did. Said they spray monthly, which if we’re true wouldn’t be any roaches. Appliances half work, shower half works too. One of the worst places I’ve stayed on vacation.

Above all, the location was what I wanted for vacation. I missed not having a balcony to sit on in the morning and night, but being steps away from the beach was a great trade-off. I had a few snags checking in, my door code did not work. I had to use the key in the lock box which kept getting stuck. Maintenance showed up right when we arrived for a water issue in our bathroom that he, himself, was able to repair, but someone showed up Monday to fix, water all over the bathroom floor for the first few days was not fun. Also, there was a full load in the dishwasher and dishwasher was not run. I had run the dishwasher (obviously, no big deal) but I also had to unload the dishwasher if I wanted to use it at all during the week. Overall, our stay was great.
