Benvenuto Coral Sand Beach Vacation Condo che è stato recentemente ristrutturato e che è situato in posizione centrale a tutte le attrazioni a circa 7 minuti dalla costa del Golfo del Messico a Clearwater Beach perfetto per famiglie e piccoli gruppi. Che si tratti di una serata romantica, di una riunione di amici e familiari o di un momento di riflessione rilassante. Questo condominio economico è a 90 minuti da Walt Disney, Universal Studios e Sea World. Disponibili parcheggio gratuito, palestra, piscina e accessori da spiaggia e WIFI GRATUITO.

Recentemente rinnovato con tutti i nuovi mobili e tutti i comfort di casa. WiFi gratuito attraverso il condominio e tv via cavo e Smart TV per connettersi a Netflix. Abbiamo incluso sedie a sdraio, ombrellone, asciugamani e spiaggia. Molto pulito! Parcheggia la tua auto proprio di fronte all'unità. Nessuna scala o lunga passeggiata con bagagli o generi alimentari. Il condominio dispone di 1 camera da letto con letti Queen Size (2 pers.) Con 1 bagno completo e un ampio soggiorno. Nel soggiorno ha 1 divano letto che si adatta ad un altro (2 pers.), Offriamo un materasso ad aria per adattarsi ad un altro (2ppl) con coperte e cuscini extra. Puoi anche goderti il bel tempo con il tuo mazzo privato chiuso con grill a gas. Forniamo le attrezzature e gli accessori per la cucina in modo che possiate godervi il vostro soggiorno. Il tavolo della colazione e l'esperienza da pranzo si trovano direttamente sull'isola della cucina che si adatta ad altre 6 persone con un piano in granito. Si prega di notare che ci sono telecamere di sorveglianza solo nell'esempio delle aree comuni esterne (ingressi anteriori e posteriori) per tutti

Great location for spring training, walked to dinner & theater

This property was exactly as described, and I'll rent here again. Convenient with private patio & outdoor table. Bed was super comfortable. Host was very gracious.

Clearwater Trip

This is the second time I've been to this property. It's close and convenient to Clearwater Beach, it's approximately 3.5 miles from Pier 60 at the Clearwater Florida Beach. Sandy was a responsive hostess and when some minor issues occurred they were quickly resolved by an onsite handyman. Thanks Orlando.

Great budget friendly condo

Easy access to Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas. Condo equipped with everything you need. Complex is doing some upgrades in the hallways and that will look nicer. Host very responsive and helpful!! We would stay there again.

Small, but well stocked with kitchen supplies, towels and bedding.

Sandy responded to each of our texts within an hour. I pleasantly surprised with the nice kitchen and cookware. I was displeased with the HOA at this older condo. They did not maintain the outside of the building. The unheated pool had 2 broken chaise in pool area..( They were later removed.). Then there was no seating. The outdoor patio had a wood dining table that needed a coat of paint. The main TV stopped during a show, and then went back and repeated the beginning of the show. The bed was comfortable and the furniture was nice. There were no nice restaurants in the nearby area. Almost all of nice restaurants were downtown or near the beach, where you had to pay at least, $3 per hr. to park...

Review

The room itself was very clean and nice. However, the neighbors have signs that say that roach treatments are being made which slightly scared us…Also, the gym was closed and we never found the pool. Additionally, the drain in the shower didn’t actually work so we would stand in a pool of water while showering.

We got to the condo which itself was nice. The outside of the building and the inside of the building was bad and smelled really bad. We didn’t stay here because when we reserved the condo it was listed as a 2 bedroom but when we got there it was only a 1 bedroom. The owner was friendly and refunded my money for the condo.

The apartment was clean but the outside and amenities were terrible

The apartment itself fit the description but the outside did not. The lobbyists dirty and all garbage cans were overflowing with trash. In the parking lot there was broken furniture and garbage. The pool was small and not a pleasant place to be since the area was not well kept. Weeds all around and grounds neglected. We did not go into the pool once. Each day we spent as much time away from the property as possible. Would not stay there again.

Over amazing

Perfect!

My 2 and 6 year old boys and I stayed here for Spring Break and it was perfect for us! The location was perfect! We loved the fenced in patio, and the place was stocked with everything you needed! I would definitely stay here again! We LOVED it!

Overall a nice place to stay at the beach

Loved being close to the beach without the expensive price tag. Condo was clean and had all the amenities. The only thing that could be improved is the tv. There is a firestick, but nothing is paid for. No cable, Netflix, Hulu, etc. Overall highly recommend! Thank you!

It worked for what we needed.

We simply needed a place to crash, which gave us easy access to the beach. It served that purpose, but it was a very small space, the sheets had a weird stain, which seemed to be fresh (as if they had not been washed), and the washing machine did not work, so we drove back to Texas with soaking wet, dirty clothes.

We arrived at check in time and the cleaning staff still had mopping and vacuuming left to finish so we waited in the hallway with our belongings. We could tell she cleaned in a hurry because there was still food left on the floor, subpar vacuuming and hair on the tub which I re-cleaned. There was also ants in the living room and kitchen. We had to buy bug spray at the store. I sent photos to the owner and described the uncleanliness and she replied “so sorry she will let the cleaning staff know”. The outdoor pool area had trash scattered and dumped furniture outside. In the entry way was piles of mail no one wanted. We were definitely disappointed in the condo.

Great stay!

We visit Clearwater many times a year and this is an amazing place to stay. The photos don’t do it justice and the location is great and central to all fun things. A short drive to the beach or right down the road from great shopping. We will definitely stay here again.

Great base location

The location is great for accessing multiple places during your visit. Central to major roads, easy parking, quiet, and a grocery just down the street. The owner has amazing attention to detail, and provides every simple amenity that you would need for a short term stay, including beach gear. Would definitely stay here again.
