Stylish ocean view condo with a private balcony, perfect for sunset views. Guests can enjoy powdery white sand beaches and unforgettable cotton-candy sunsets just steps away. Beach Cottages offers resort-style amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, umbrellas, tables, and gas grills. Private beach access is only steps from your door, and an on-site elevator adds easy convenience for luggage and beach gear. This updated beach retreat features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully equipped kitchen, making it perfect for a relaxing home away from home.

Primary bedroom is an expansive suite with a king memory foam bed, smart TV, walk-in closet, private ensuite balcony access, and a bathroom with granite dual vanities and a sliding door shower. Second bedroom includes a queen memory foam bed, smart TV, and closet. Third bedroom is a bonus bunk room off the kitchen with a twin bunk bed, smart TV, and in-unit washer/dryer. The cozy modern living room offers a smart TV and sliding glass door access to the balcony, creating the perfect space to unwind. Enjoy a private balcony accessible from both the living room and primary suite with ocean views framed by lush greenery.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM (we typically cannot accommodate early arrival or late departure requests in season)
• A/C: Restricted to minimum of 70°F
• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 5 (stairs or elevator from garage)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Fireplace not available for use

July 4th Week Notice:
The association may require wristbands for amenities. A maximum of 6 wristbands will be issued. Guests exceeding this limit may not have access to facilities.

Wonderful condo. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach supplies. Communication was great. We had an issue with the coffee pot and the owner shipped a new one next day to our doorstep. Beds were comfy. Couch was comfy. Great layout. Nice view of bird sanctuary and beach. Would love to stay here again.

The heated pool and hot tub were a great option as the weather and ocean water were on the cooler side during our stay but they were on the smaller side and became crowded. Location was great, right on the beach. Beachfront was clean and well maintained. Regarding the condo, it had a nice layout and was well furnished. It needed a deep cleaning though. There was debris in between the cushions on the coach, sinks in the bathrooms didn’t drain properly and the on demand hot water heater never provided anything more than warm water. There was a nice balcony with decent views of the ocean but a foul smell from the bird sanctuary right next door. Overall our stay was decent.

Overall the stay was OK! We enjoyed the patio immensely, the master and 2nd bedrooms were nice! The bunk bed room however, well you need to do better when advertising this space, nothing like the pictures depicted. Kitchen was nice and well equipped! The worse part was the extremely loud AC/Dehumidification system and the horrible HW system! Shower was hot or cold, no in between! Being on L5 with some in our party with knee issues and having no elevator, well wasn’t fun!

Family vacation

The condo was VERY clean and plenty of space and room for our family of 5. Easy access to the beach and pool with a lot of space/chairs at the pool deck. There was also beach chairs supplied at the condo which was very nice since we flew and not able to take that with us. The owner was very easy to communicate with and was so nice every time I had a question and was very quick to respond. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it!

Lovely stay!

This rental was beautiful and spacious! Decor was very beachy and comfortable. Well stocked with kitchen appliances and cooking needs, as well as beach gear and beach towels. Balcony looks directly over bird sanctuary next door. Wonderful stay with great local activities and restaurants for all ages!

It was pretty good. It might need sprayed for bugs in the kitchen and master bath. Also the wireless connection in the master bedroom kept disconnecting every 20 or so minutes. It was extremely frustrating!

Amazing!!

We really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything was clean, beds were comfortable, and it was stocked with beach supplies and plenty of beach towels. I also liked that the kitchen was stocked so well. We cooked in a few times and there were plenty of pans, utensils, etc. The owner is quick to respond and very accommodating. We go to Indian Shores at least once a year, and I would definitely stay here again.
