COASTAL GETAWAY - Easter weekend

We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The local restaurant/bar was just a one-minute walk away and served great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The unit was exactly as described—easy to access, with convenient parking right outside.The hosts were very friendly and responsive, going above and beyond by providing a day bed for our daughter. The beach was super convenient, located right across the road. The added beach chairs and other items were a great bonus.We’ll definitely stay here again!We’ll definitely stay here again!

We stayed for three days and really liked the convenience of the location. The owner really thought of everything that you would need. Bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas,etc. we would definitely stay here again!

An absolutely wonderful oasis

Owners are fantastic, the location is great and you a clean, bright, beautiful place to stay. Owners communicate constantly, left the light on for us arriving late, and checked in a few times on our stay to make sure everything was fine. Cannot say enough about it, we will definitely stay again.

Perfect vacation stay for a quiet getaway

This vacation get away was perfect for us. Easy access to the beach, short uber ride to John's Pass and several restaurants next door or within walking distance. They provided everything we needed and were very quick to respond to messages. We will definitely visit again

Sun and sand getaway

This place was amazing. Lots of local eating places with amazing food, right across the street from the beach and Kathy and Eddie had everything you needed for the perfect day at the beach. We will definitely be back in the near future.

Hidden Gem!

Kathy and Eddie were exceptional hosts. Their property is so cute, clean, well stocked and in an amazing location. Close to restaurants, grocery, tourist shops and steps from the beach. They were so welcoming and gave fantastic suggestions for things to do and the best places to eat. The icing on the cake was the amenities they provide free of charge! Bikes, coolers, wagons, beach chairs, beach toys…you name it, they’ve got it! So convenient for us northerners flying into town with our small suitcases. They also allowed us to store our luggage after check out so we could still enjoy the beach before our late flight! I will definitely be back again 💙

This place was perfect for our quick get a way! Very convenient location, within walking distance to pretty much everything we needed. Supee clean & the owners supplied more than we even expected. We will definitely book again when we come back to Madeira Beach!

Birthday Beach Getaway

My husband and I were able to spend a couple of days alone for my birthday down in Madeira Beach for my birthday. Kathy and her husband were there to greet us when we arrived and when we were leaving. When we first walked in we were immediately in relaxation mode with the colors and the beautiful music that was playing. They have picked a wonderful location, as the beach is a walk across the street and John's Pass is 1 mile down the road. I would definitely come back. The only complaint I have and there is nothing that Kathy could have done differently is there is a bar right behind where we were staying and the one night we wanted to get to bed early there were people talking and music playing until 2 am on a Monday night of all nights!

Exactly What I was looking for.

This place was exactly what I was looking for. It was right across from the beach. Plenty of places to eat and drink. It was clean, and Kathy and Eddie couldn’t have been nicer! I’ll definitely be returning to stay there again.

Really cute unit, very clean, has everything you would need to cook any meal, right across from the beach. Can watch the sunset from your balcony chairs!! Kathy and Eddie could not have been more welcoming. Hoping to be stay again very soon.

Lovely

Really gorgeous stay, ice cold AC, plenty of cookware in the kitchen, full fridge and freezer. Loved the touch of complimentary shampoo/conditioner/bodywash in the shower. Access to the storage room full of beach day supplies was absolutely phenomenal. There was even sunscreen!! Really lovely hosts. Felt safe staying there. The only downside is that you have to jaywalk across the lanes of traffic to get to the beach access or choose to walk down the busy street in your beachwear to get to the distant crosswalks.

Seabreeze on 147th, did not disappoint

This was exactly what my daughter, and I were looking for on our "girls beach getaway"! It's beautifully decorated beach decorations made a perfect relaxing time. With the quick walk to the beach, and restaurants made it easy to leave our vehicle parked. I especially loved the beach cruiser bike, and access to a whole room of items to use at the beach, including carts! We'll be going back in the future!

Wonderful place!

Kathy's rentals are even cuter in person than the pictures. Clean, well decorated and well appointed with all the things that immediately tell you "welcome home." Great location that is a short walk to the beach and a variety of restaurants. Next time we're in Madiera Beach, we will stay at the Sea Breeze Inn!!!

We stayed at Seabreeze (Coastal Getaway) for three weeks. We had a wonderful time! Kathy and Eddie are wonderful hosts. They are so friendly and always available if we needed anything. The apartment was immaculate!! We will definitely consider staying here again!
