Condor Nest-private home-walk to downtown & the water! New heated POOL!

The Condor Nest is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, plus loft with a queen sleeper couch. Over 2300 sq. ft. private home in delightful downtown Dunedin! Front and back porches. Less than a five-minute walk from downtown’s-breweries, shops, parks, restaurants and marina. We also have the waterfront at the end of our street and incredible sunsets along historical Victoria Drive. Jump on the Pinellas biking trail (45 miles) across the street and explore our great little town! Also, a short drive or trolley ride to Caladesi Island or Clearwater Beach. New heated pool opening January 2024!

This is a very comfortable home with that "old Florida" feel. It was perfect for my family of 5 adults and 2 children - equipped with most everything that we needed (and we rented the baby items that were not available with the home). The home is also a perfect location for walking to downtown Dunedin - shopping, restaurants, etc. nearby. Close to beach and golf course. It has a fire pit, hot tub and heated pool, but unfortunately the weather was chilly during our stay and the pool isn't covered so it doesn't retain the heat. We're hoping for warmer weather during our next visit because we will definitely be back next year!!

The location of the house is great -- easily walkable to downtown Dunedin with all its shops and restaurants. It was a nice size for our party of 6, although there was not enough seating in the living room for all of us. One more chair or loveseat would have been perfect. The host was wonderful to work with, always responding quickly to any concerns. As others have mentioned, the house is on a busy road, so it can be a little noisy. We enjoyed our stay, though, and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

This is the second time we have stayed at a home hosted by this owner. The house was fantastic. Super clean, all the rooms had everything we needed, and it was central to all the things Dunedin has to offer. This is definitely our “go to” place for future trips to the area.

Great lay out for family of 2 adult children with spouses and a 2 yr old. Pool was used often and also enjoyed hot tub one evening. Walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, and park— easy 12 min drive to Honeymoon beach which is in good shape after fall 2024 hurricanes. All around great vacation stay!

Perfect vacation location

The house is well cared for and perfect for a family. The swimming pool and amenities offered by the hosts are fantastic. The house is always so clean and comfortable, they make it feel like home.

Perfect spot for everything.

The house was great! We really appreciated the pool after long bike rides on the trail which is just 2 blocks away. It had everything we needed but would have liked a power strip in the bedroom for multiple charging. The house is located right off the main drag so you do get some road noise. Right next door is a brewery and one night loud music was played until 11:00. We actually enjoyed it and sat on the screened back porch to hear it which was nice. Having the pool meant having wet towels and swim suits but really no where to hang them all. All said we would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

This is a great vacation home! It's clean, cozy, and within walking distance to town. The beds are all firm and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you need to cook some meals at the house. Wosh we had more time

The house was perfect! It was roomy and comfortable. We could walk to Downtown Dunedin and enjoy all the shops, restaurants, and Brewery. Our family lived 10 minutes away so this was absolutely perfect!

Live large in Dunedin

This house was everything we expected and so much more. It is super clean, with a well stocked kitchen (cooking utensils, pots, pans dishes, spices). Lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs. Ping Pong table was great for jigsaw puzzles. No problem sharing the generous sized pool and hot tub with the residents of the adjoining property. Lots of space to lounge including screened in porch off of the kitchen. Incredible location. It's a 5 minute walk down quiet Victoria Drive to downtown Dunedin. Easy to access Pinellas trail with traffic light at Skinner Blvd and flashing protected crossings at numerous locations south of Dunedin. Securely store bicycles in the space under the house. We've already booked for next year.

2025 Spring Training

Very nicely equipped house as advertised. Location is walking distance to downtown. A number of restaurants and brew pubs within 5 minutes. Easy to get to. Was advertised as heated pool but pool was not heated. Having said that we did not mention anything so I am sure it would not have been a problem. Very roomy inside

Great downtown location

This property is in a great location to walking to the center of town shop, eat, catch the trolly go to breweries and bars. Katie was a great help with information. The pool was cleaned every day. Spacious home with screened patio and a front porch would stay again.
