Welcome to the Starfruit House. A completely renovated three bedroom two bathroom beach cottage with a in-ground heated pool! This home features the feel of old Key West with all new modern updates. Within a few miles of the most popular beaches in the area, minutes to downtown St. Pete, and a quick bike ride to Gulfport. Enjoy the tropical feel of the outdoors, and then come inside to relax.

This one of a kind Gulfport home is the perfect place to relax and get away. Just minutes away from St. Pete beach, Ft. Desoto beach, (with dog beach) and Treasure Island. The main house features 3 large bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a split floor plan so guests can maintain privacy while still being together. The separate garage apartment features 1 bedroom 1 bathroom. Both properties have laundry and fully stocked kitchens.

*This property is unique in that it has the ability to host 8 people in the main house, and there is also a 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom separate garage apartment that can also be rented. (if both properties are available at the same time) The apartment is a separate short term rental, and it is completely private from the main house, with it`s own entry off the back alley. Guests in the apartment do not have access to the main house`s back yard/pool area unless the booking is made for one large party. Message host for details. Max guests for the apartment is 2ppl. The outdoor area features a heated pool which has plenty of seating for lounging, or enjoy your morning coffee sitting on the quaint front porch bird watching. The town of Gulfport is like a second Key West. It really is a hidden gem. There’s cute shops along the main drive, and the Tuesday morning market features many local artists which is something you can’t miss! The dining is amazing and the bars and night life along the water are all within a couple miles from the home. If you want to explore all of what downtown St. Pete has to offer, you’re only a quick 10 minute drive! This home really is centrally located to downtown, beaches, and so much more!

*We do allow guests to bring up to two pets and our pet fee is $150 per trip. Make sure when adding guests to include a pet and that will add on the pet fee for your trip.

*Host will allow early/late check out times for a $25 fee if scheduling allows for it. Only message host 2 days prior to booked trip regarding this please. We typically won`t know if the schedule allows for an early/late check out until that time. The $25 will be sent as an additional charge outside the booking fees. Thank you!

*We also allow longer stays, and any stay over two weeks will receive a complementary mid clean by our cleaning team. This will be scheduled with guests after check in.

Entire home, outdoor patio, & pool. Guests do not have any access to the detached garage apartment (unless booked together) The garage apartment is a separate short term rental. It has its own private entrance from the back alley & those guests do not have access to the pool or main house back yard.

*Our lawn maintenance is usually done Tuesday or Wednesday and he has access from the side gate.

*There is also weekly pool service on Thursday`s and they have gate access as well.

We recently just finished our beautiful new in-ground heated pool. It`s a great outdoor space to soak up some sun and relax!

Gulfport is a quaint hidden gem! It features the old Florida feel with Key West vibes. Explore the neighborhoods by taking a walk or a bike ride down to the water and enjoy the bright funky homes along the way!

If you’re staying locally within Gulfport you can walk, ride bikes, or drive. Uber is also available in any area of town. Parking is available downtown and at the beaches but at times limited. The home comes with three bikes for guests to enjoy which are located in the garage.

There is an extra propane tank on the back porch for the outdoor grill if needed. If they need to be switched out during your stay, please be sure to let us know so we can have the empty tank re-filled.

*Please note any stay over 21 days or longer will require an additional cleaning fee which guests will be required to pay in order to ensure the home maintains its cleanliness standards. Thank you.

**There will be a $50 charge every half an hour of late unapproved check out time. We ask that if you are requesting a later check out, that it is requested within 24 hrs of your check out date/time. This is done to respect our cleaners time and schedules.
-Maximum pet limit is 2
-No confetti if celebrating any special event
-No candles
-No loud noise/music between 10pm-8am am (Home is monitored with Minut outdoor sound monitoring)
-Pool hours are between 7am-11pm. This is enforced and monitored with our sound monitoring system. This is to ensure guests don`t disturb our neighbors.
-All overnight guests must be registered guests *8 person maximum
-Primary guest must be 25 years of age or older
-Please keep all windows shut while running AC
-A $25 fee will be charged if an early check in or late check out is allowed
