Fuga accogliente, lungomare

Nuova lista: Godetevi la vista della via navigabile Intercoastal, mentre al tavolo da pranzo. Si vedrà una sfilata di imbarcazioni da diporto, delfini e lamantini. Pesce al muro del mare. Attraversare la strada dal nostro Deeded Beach accesso alle acque calde del Golfo del Messico con tramonti mozzafiato presso il nostro bello, morbido di sabbia Indian Shores Beach. Tranquillo, monolocale condominio al secondo piano. Completamente arredato con letto matrimoniale Murphy, futon, cucina completa, lettore DVD e cavo. Cucina è dotata di tutti gli utensili, elettrodomestici, forno a microonde, tostapane, caffettiera, stoviglie. Tutte le lenzuola sono fornite. Portate la vostra barca, bacino fuori dalla porta posteriore, lanciare gratuitamente al parco 3 isolati di distanza, e parcheggiare il rimorchio in loco. Bagno recentemente rinnovato. Nuovo Wifi migliorato disponibile in condominio e una pletora di canali TV. Le regole del condominio consentono a un piccolo animale domestico di meno di 25 libbre. (Gli appassionati di sport - sei a circa 30 minuti da un'arena NHL, e anche campo da baseball della Major League, 1. 5 ore circa da Disney, Orlando).

Quiet, relaxing location

A quiet location and so peaceful beside the water way. We saw dolphins in the water which was an added bonus. Pool is huge and clean. Short walk to the beach. Just the right size for 2 people.

Peaceful Paradise

Couldnt ask for a better stay! The condo/ studio was wonderful! Had everything you need for your stay and more. Christine is a fabulous host. I cant wait to book with her again. The entire property was clean and well kept. We loved sitting and watching the boats pass outside on the intercostal waterway. we saw so many dolphins and manatees right up close. There are many species of birds who visit. Right across the water is a nature preserve so no traffic or noise except the wildlife and very few lights at night so even the stars shine. It’s really beautiful here. We fell in love with this place and were excited to start planning the next visit.

Peaceful getaway

We loved staying at this unit in Indian Shores! The beautiful and huge pool, the access to the ocean across the street but most of all the quiet serenity of the intra coastal waterway right outside the back!! I could sit there watching the birds, boats and the occasional dolphin for hours!!Christine is a wonderful host!

Nice place

This rental met all of our needs. It is exactly as described. The only downfall was it has a beautiful pool but it was too cold to use but that couldn't be prevented. We enjoyed ourselves and thanks for letting us stay.

Great location between the ocean and a canal. In a quiet section close to St Pete and Clearwater. It’s a little dated but very clean and the Host was very responsive. We would stay again.

Worn out

Place needs a deep cleaning.There was lots of crumbs in the kitchen drawers. Stuff is old and should be thrown out. Didn’t want to use anything in the kitchen. Had to clean when we got there before we started our vacation. Place needs remodeled. Have to open refrigerator door in order to use the oven. 17 broken floor tiles. Location was great

Very Nice short stay

Excellent location on the inter-coastal with beach across the street. Enjoyed sitting at table watching boats cruising down the waterway. Condo had everything I needed. Unfortunately, a cold front came thru while I was there, but there were a couple space heaters on hand to keep warm. There was construction going on in the lower level of building (hurricane recovery) but I was aware of that prior to booking. The owner was quick to answer any questions and great to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing time

We had an amazing time. The place was clean. It has everything we needed. It was a convenient location. The beautiful beach was right across the street which was not as busy as some of the more popular beaches, the pool was huge and the bay was fantastic to watch dolphins swimming by in the morning. The host was very quick to respond and was very accommodating to our requests. We would certainly come back to stay here.

Nice little Paradise

Week Long Getaway

Perfect place

Very cute efficiency apartment with a great view of the inter coastal waterway and shirt walk to the beach. Very clean and comfortable with everything you need to be comfortable. Quiet complex with nice neighbors. Pool was wonderful!! Dolphins every morning to see swimming by while sitting on balcony drinking coffee. Definitely would stay again.

Cozy little condo

Traveling with friends but needed my own place. This was just right, and affordable, for me. The use of the murphy bed really helped open the space during the day. Property has a really nice big pool.

Cute studio in perfect location

Studio was exactly as described and as pictured, very cute end unit, 2nd floor, right on the intracoastal waterway and a walk across the street to the beach. Large pool which I never used since the beach was so close. There is air conditioning which I never turned on, I preferred the open windows and lovely cross breeze though being a light sleeper, I used ear plugs at night to block out intermittent traffic on Gulf Blvd. Murphy bed is light and easy to open/close. It was so lovely to have tea on the balcony in the early mornings, or at the table next to the side window overlooking the water. The birds were amazing and I saw a turtle in the water out back. Wish I could've stayed longer!

Beautiful view

Great view of dolphins, manatees, birds and an osprey nest. When we arrived I was dismayed by the poor job of cleaning done since the last renter. My girlfriend spent half of the first day we were there cleaning. After that it was fantastic. Small unit with a Murphy bed. Access to the intercoastal behind us and across the street through the bird sanctuary was the ocean. My only complaint would be the state of the unit when we got there.

Friends Vacation

Spent five days at this condo. The location is perfect. We enjoyed the Dolphins and stingray out in the morning. Loved sitting on the chairs at night listen to water. The condo was clean and in a safe area. Lots to do around the condo. Host was great at answer my question. Can't wait to come back. Already looking at rebooking this coming winter

Nice Area

We enjoyed our stay and the area was nice and safe. It was fun watching all the boats going down the intercostal. However we weren’t impressed with cleanliness in the cupboards and especially the bathroom. The baseboards hadn’t been cleaned in a long while and the shower curtain was filthy, I can’t believe the hosts didn’t replace it before we arrived. I have a picture of the shower curtain, but there’s no place to post a picture here.
